rocknrollman no2 Posted 6 December, 2008 Share Posted 6 December, 2008 Today it was brought to my attention (from a very good source),that Rupert even has to pick the music that is played over the loud speaker. Should he have that much input on our club? Surely he has more pressing things to worry about(like our finances)?rather than what music is played? rocknrollman no2 Posted 6 December, 2008 Author Share Posted 6 December, 2008 Why? Lowe should only be bothered about the finances and trying to keep our team together. This sounds like Lowe trying to control everything that doesnt concern him.

Badger Posted 6 December, 2008 Share Posted 6 December, 2008 The story sounds a bit far fetched to me. However I realise we have for some time been slipping towards -not only administration- but becoming Ruperthampton F.C playing at the 'Rupertdome'. Saint Nicholas i definately saw Lowe on a grassey knoll in 1963 and im sure it was Rupert who spent most of SFCs cash voting for Joe Swash so he could win. But you are being totally over the top suggesting he knew who shot JR. To think this, you must be crazy.

Calvin Posted 6 December, 2008 Share Posted 6 December, 2008 This is getting silly now.. why are some people so obsessed with Lowe. this thread does show obsession, stupidity, and ANOTHER excuse to talk about Lowe. I am just ****ed off that everyday another LOWE thread comes up. Why can't Saints fans actually focus on football, rather than their obsession to have a dig at Rupert at every oppitunity. OH WOW, HE picked the music. Boohoo.. does that really matter.. I know he's a control freak, but we keep having threads on the mainboard based on LOWE. ericofarabia Posted 8 December, 2008 Share Posted 8 December, 2008 it's getting even worse ... Roops is now re writing the club's history. In the Palarse preview on OS they say Jim McCalliog scored for us in the 76 Semi Final. Paul Gilchrist will be well naffed off after fending off claims by Mick Channon who jokingly claimed the ball took the slightest of touches off his shin after Gilly shot and that he should be credited with the goal. This comes soon after the famous train painting replacing The FA Cup and Lawrie Mac picture in The BoardRoom. Next thing you'll know Ted Bates's statue will be wheeled away :smt010 All traces of our club pre Lord Duck Hunter are slowly being removed, piece by piece, next thing you'll know The Dell will be knocked down

So let me get this right, Lowe removed a pic of Saints greatest achievement by Saints greatest manager (well on a par with Ted Bates). Things like this show Lowe up in his true colours. To be fair to Lowey, he did not take the picture down himself....You wondered what Wildey was there for...Yes, your right, Wildey took it down, on the orders of his boss.. The truth is that Wildey, has the picture hanging safely in one of his many, many, Hotels, in case there is another shuffle and he has to sit next to Lawrie, in a future boardroom and he can re hang said picture.
