Saint In Cornwall Posted 13 May, 2025 Posted 13 May, 2025 WTAF is this sick joke that you lose your accumulated credit this season as of 31/7/25. I have just listed my seat for arsenal as I cannot go and then cannot use the credit as I have already bought my season ticket. i do not want a membership or any extra seats. Thieves 1 1
Green Posted 13 May, 2025 Posted 13 May, 2025 In this case it pays not to pay too early then. Would like to think the club would be more generous in this scenario.
miserableoldgit Posted 13 May, 2025 Posted 13 May, 2025 (edited) Aren't there other things that you can use your credit on......Cup Games for example? Ticket Exchange for sold out fixtures, resell and earn credit. Use credit on all football ticketed products including away travel and Hospitality Edited 13 May, 2025 by miserableoldgit

Thieves Surely they should refund you the credited amount off the season ticket. Can you refund the season ticket and renew it again with the credit discount included?

Saint In Cornwall Posted 14 May, 2025 Author Posted 14 May, 2025 It is extra galling that people who have renewed and elected to pay in instalments can reclaim the credit(s) by completing a form. No such facility exists for people who paid outright.
Graffito Posted 14 May, 2025 Posted 14 May, 2025 It’s your credit so it’s up to them to find a way to get it to you. Assume you’ve spoken with the ticket office? I have to say I’ve generally found them quite helpful when I’ve spoken with them.
Saint In Cornwall Posted 14 May, 2025 Author Posted 14 May, 2025 (edited) Yes have spoken with the ticket office. They confirmed as above. only those who have paid the 5% for the instalment plan can get a retrospective credit by completing the form. Not a good look Edited 14 May, 2025 by Saint In Cornwall

By the by, does anybody even know how you check what credit you have? I resold at least one game this season, but I'm scrolling through every page in the Account section and I'll be damned if I can see it anywhere.
miserableoldgit Posted 14 May, 2025 Posted 14 May, 2025 " Use credit on all football ticketed products including away travel and Hospitality" Taken from website so I would assume would have some legal clout? As far as checking your credit, it is difficult. I logged on, went to "My Account" then "Home Page" at the top right hand corner is your total credit. I somehow found yesterday a breakdown of my credit........but can't find it now!

Might not be possible but you use it towards another season ticket purchase for a friend who hasnt renewed yet, they then pay you so you get the cash ? Does seem crazy though for it to expire so soon, they want to write off the cost in accounts and not accrue for it. With ticket exchange open for Arsenal they should tell people don't renew yet if you're planning to sell ticket back for that

I guess I’m resigned to buying tickets for our home pre season friendly against Colden Common 😂

The only way I've found is to pretend you're going to buy something (like a stadium tour), go to checkout, and on the first page of the checkout process scroll down and there is a tickbox for "use my credit balance" which has your current balance written next to it.
miserableoldgit Posted 15 May, 2025 Posted 15 May, 2025 (edited) I think that I have cracked the code!! Log in to your account. Go to "Booked Season Tickets". Click on "See Details" (in red) then click on "See Details" (in red) on next page. Scroll down and details of how you have earned your credit at the bottom. Felt like Indiana Jones!! Not a good look I was told I could only use it if I paid outright and would lose it by end of July if I didn't. But I could always put it towards upgrading my ticket for hospitality. Brought a mates sons Arsenal tickets with it instead
