Thought he had a stand-out performance in the derby, and not in a good way. I got the impression from Brentford supporters that he was seen as a bit of a weak link towards the end of his time there, only getting on the pitch when better players were out injured. Too bad we let James Bree leave to accommodate him.

Wonder if he might force his way into the team, Bree hasn't been rock solid this season compared to last.

Personally thought Roerslev was absolutely crap every time I watched him. He looked scared stiff against the skates at St Mary’s last season - shirked the forward pass every time he had the ball. Expect Abbott would be the Bree replacement if required.

Abbott is a CB is he not? I wouldn't want to start playing players out of position again.

Agreed, Roerslev hasn't had a single good game for us that I can recall

Abbott has played more games at RB than CB for Forest - and did well there in big games
