I got the impression from Brentford supporters that he was seen as a bit of a weak link towards the end of his time there, only getting on the pitch when better players were out injured. Personally thought Roerslev was absolutely crap every time I watched him. He looked scared stiff against the skates at St Mary’s last season - shirked the forward pass every time he had the ball. Expect Abbott would be the Bree replacement if required. 2

Abbott is a CB is he not? I wouldn't want to start playing players out of position again.

Agreed, Roerslev hasn't had a single good game for us that I can recall
