So interestingly Cameron Bragg is a Scottish U21, Jay Robinson England U21, Tom Fellowes England U21 and THB full England player. 

Shouldn't be hard for Tonda to motivate any of them. Who do you think has the best shot?

Shea Charles, Ryan Manning or Gavin Bazunu are the obvious guesses if either of the Irelands qualify. Ironically the most 'out of form' player we have will be the most likely to go currently (based on the fact USA are already guaranteed) - Downs.

Shea is Northern Irish but Azaz would probably make the squad.
