Having someone like Lallana will be invaluable - the players respect him (in the same way they did Martin). But he doesn't have to make any major decisions so he can be their mate effectively, which is fine by me.
And for Still, his one weakness is that he has never played the game at a very high level. Lallana helps to fill that void.
All in all, it's win-win for Lallana and for us.
