Had we lost to both Villa and West Ham, and the gap from them 2 teams closed to 3 points, would you have considered us for relegation, or would you have considered them both safe? Fortunately for us, Villa are shambolic and allowed us to waste multiple chances, which on another day would cost us. I just pointed out that we were only 7 points clear and had 2 massive fixtures to play. Fortunately for us, Villa are one of the worst teams I’ve seen at ST Mary’s since I can remember. If you actually read my posts, I said I didn’t think we’d go down We’re now 6 points off Europe... so do we have a chance of Europe or not? Assuming not given 6 points was a significant enough gap for us not to be in a relegation battle...
