Posted in the match thread but I'll paste it here too as it reflects how I feel after 3 years of judgement... We were a top half team before our inevitable post February capitulation. You don't get into that position if the players aren't capable. Sure we lack quality but to be in that position and plummet like we did is unacceptable. Too many excuses. We show relegation form the second half of every season despite proving we can compete with these teams earlier in the season. We've lost to all three relegated teams. We can't hold a lead and that has a lot to do with Ralph's game management. Over the last three seasons during the months of February, March, April and May, Southampton have won just 6 of their 38 fixtures, losing 24. This team should be able to do better than that but it seems to be a consistent problem Ralph can't solve. If it's a burnout issue, he's had three years to adapt our game. That's on the manager. If it's a motivation issue, that's on the manager. Tactical naivety? The manager. If he's here next season all the same problems will persist. Baffling team selections, poor in-game management, subs so late they can't have an impact... I think we've been very patient with him as a fanbase. We've suffered humiliating defeats, gut wrenching surrenders from winning positions, regular defeats to those below us, long losing runs... my patience has finally run out.

I pray you're right but I've resigned myself to him being in te dugout next season. He's had these poor runs before and despite TWO humiliating 9-0 defeats he's still here. Our only hope is Dragan Solak makes an executive decision but I just don't see it.

I can't watch this. wtf is this officiating?
-
Leicester seem to be a very dishonest team. Diving. Not giving the ball back when we had the possession...
-
Vardy really is a cheat. Pretty embarrassing.
-
Wrong thread.
-
Thank goodness Moss is retiring.
-
There's just no quality.
-
Why no yellow for Vardy's cheating?

Hopefully Ralph learns his lesson on the FOURTH time of asking! 🙄
-
Very unnecessary comment to make unless as you say, Blackmore knows more than he's letting on.
-
I've always hated Burnley 😡
-
Karma for what? Sean Dyche you mean? I've always liked Burnley FC personally. They produce good players and punch above their weight a bit like us. I always enjoy the way they seem to ruffle the top teams feathers with their style of play.

Isn't that exactly what happened to £16m Elyounoussi?
-
I didn't say anything about stopping them. I said they won't be tolerated like they are currently. Behind closed door games springs to mind as the sort of punishment one might expect. Missing your opening home game in your clubs maiden Premier League season is punishment for the fans and missing out on that bumber crowd will hit the clubs bank balance. Every effort to discourage pitch invasions will now be looked at.
-
This will mark the end of tolerated pitch invasions. Can't have the safety of players and officials compromised, especially when the players on the pitch are significant investments for their respective cubs.

Holding off on substitutions until the 70th minute or later (or until we fall behind) is undoubtedly a Ralph trait and I hate it. When was the last time he made a half time change after a poor first half? A Ward-Prowse and Diallo midfield has never worked. He never should have started with that pairing but he waited too late to rectify it. Romeu is our only CDM. This season I've seen an 89th minute change when behind in a game. What impact is that supposed to have? I regularly disagree with his team selections. I regularly disagree with his game management. And we regularly score first and lose the game.

No Romeu no party.
-
Romeu must be leaving.

Why not then wear the dark blue?
-
So when do FC Koln get to wear their majority red kit with a bit of white instead of their majority red kit with a bit more white?
