Stupid post. Rodriguez only has 3 starts and 320 total minutes on the pitch. Appearances are a stupid comparison when almost all Mane's appearances would have been 90 minutes

Rodriguez looks stronger than ever. He used to be weak in the air, now he has more bulk he's better aerially. He still has a great work rate and pace. These goals have been coming. Just needed a bit of luck in front of goal. He looks as sharp as he ever has now in my view and deserves a run of starts. He's having to be a different type of player with the different system. But genuinely looks as sharp as ever based off the last few appearances he's made.

I genuinely think that some people enjoy us losing so they can wum on here.

Let's not forget that Koeman had Mane. If we had Mane in our side all season we would have a lot more points in the league and still be in Europe.

Rodriguez has only played a total of 321 minutes in the Prem and Europa League combined. The one League Cup appearance he went off injured after 26 mins. So that's 347 mins and he's scored twice. The equivalent of only 3 and a half games. That's a goal per 173.5 mins for him. Austin has 9 goals in 1135 minutes. 3 of them are pens. That's 6 in 1135 without the pens. A goal every 189 mins without pens. I feel like Rodriguez just needs more chances, he's not been giving a fair chance. He looked dangerous against Inter. He'd be best on the left of front three interchanging with Austin.

If we had Carroll or Vokes they wouldn't be a bad bet. Van Dijk is better in the air than both.
