  1. .... well I did say sometimes. Every now and again, when I think he can't possibly get any worse, he catches me off guard with a little gem like that ... what's not to smile about !! Don't forget I'm newish here and haven't had years of him
  2. I know I shouldn't really encourage you but you do make me smile sometimes BM
  3. tbh I think the more games the better at the moment
  4. Don't be ridiculous Crabs. We didn't look scared of them today and we gave them a tough time. The only thing separating the two sides today was 'the rub of the green'
  5. ..... looks like they're all ignoring you already, problem solved ps. don't forget to add St. Robbie to the list
  6. ...... see what you did there
  7. Give him a break, he's hardly played this season and he's worked like f*** today
  8. ... isn't he just !!
  9. Indeed they will or they'll be sat on the bench next game ... it's called 'knowing which side your breads buttered'
  10. Is LeG considered to be ITK, is he close to the club or something ? Just wondering, only been coming here a couple of months and still getting to know who's who
  11. [sigh] I am Was wondering if anyone would mention him. He'd be a match for any of the names posted so far and he usually played in 6 inches of mud. After him came Tom Jenkins who I remember as being even quicker but not as good at crossing .... might be wrong, it was soooo long ago
  12. The whole ITK thing is a strange one. I'll go on NewsNow, read the blogs from the likes of HITC, Give me Sport, The Transfer Tavern etc. etc. and have no problem dismissing them for the bull**** they are. Yet I see a snippet on a forum from someone claiming to be ITK and it's a whole different ball game. Common sense tells me it's probably not true ITK info, it very rarely is, but that doesn't stop me getting a wee bit excited when I read something I want to be true.
  13. You're right, they seem to rate him highly and in the few snippets I've seen of the under 21's, he seems pretty creative for them. Maybe it's taking him longer to find his feet with us because of the pressure and intensity of the premiership. I don't think we should be writing him of just yet, I think he's got more natural talent than people are giving him credit for. He's only 21, maybe he just needs a couple more years to fully develop, physically.
  14. aaw, thanks
  15. hilarious
  16. ooops, sorry ....... :lol::lol:
  17. EDIT quoted the wrong poster so ignore this
  18. Hey, I completely agree. He's been there since the start of the 'new era', a true leader through our promotion campaigns and subsequent success. All I'm saying is our growth as a club and his as a player, go hand in hand. I seriously doubt he'd of ended up playing for Portugal if his career had taken a different path and he hadn't been on this journey with us. He was fortunate enough to be in the right place, at the right time.
  19. The more success, the higher the expectation, Minsk ..... it's human nature mate !!
  20. Well I'd assume betting companies wouldn't spend money on sponsorship if it didn't attract people to gambling
  21. .... or non existent
  22. I totally agree ..... they were regulated out of tobacco sponsorship yet gambling, which arguably causes far more hardship and misery, is sanctioned and even encouraged by sports teams
