Pompey travel arrangements. The bubble. Its all to do with Ferrero Rocher.

like to see a larger version of the photo, link anyone? -
no thanks. Hugely overated player IMO, that is not strong enough in the air to play at CB and not quick enough to play at fullback. If you were looking at Brum players than Curtis Davis every day of the week.
-
Was thinking the exact same thing. No one better in the air in this or any other league IMO. I also disagree with comments about his footballing ability. He's certainly not gifted, but his passing out from the back was more than adequate last year and like Davis he seemed to get groans when he made the odd mistake, but very rarely was praised for decent passes.

and for this reason I am in.

can SFC make money out of adding that functionality? If the answer is no then it goes without saying that it won't be added. The club's not here for our enjoyment you know.
-
certainly a lot of hassle, but the chance to witness us beating them at their place has to be worth it surely?
-
Why can't they send out the coach tickets? How many tickets are we getting? Will Burseldon stop be at the park and ride? Will there be a further charge for parking?
-
out of interest do you also have to pay the £3 booking fee for each game?

I give you Stuart Gray.

with this talk of 1500 left or 1000 left, I wonder if that's in addition to the unopened blocks 1 and 2.
-
How many seats are there in blocks 1 and 2?
-
not strictly true, SFC receives commission for every away ticket it sells, not to mention the ticket tax on top of that.
-
on what basis would this blacklist be created? I've moaned on here about the actions of the club on several occasions, but there is no way of linking my posts to my season ticket number.

I've never really understood the concept of a premier league 2. Is this just the Premier leagues way of removing the Football League from the face of the earth?
-
good point, but if they have to vote for something like this to come in in two years time how many of them are confident enough that it won't be their club that are relegated before the shop is closed forever more?
-
lets hope they are thinking a low cost appointment like Gray rather than another moaner in chief - Billy Davis

perfect player to come on when opponents legs are tired, but is he the man to start? I'm not sure Nigel trusts him enough yet. That incident in his first game when he didn't track back will ,live long in his memory.

the flip side of this is that on on other occasions, notably Millwall, we got more than we deserved. The fact is we are playing well and despite going behind we still have the composure, quality and grit to grab hold of games and come back. That is a hard thing to do - how many managers say they would have won if they had scored the first goal? Right now we are playing excellent attractive passing football, we're top of the league and there is next to nothing to be negative about unless you are really looking for it.

any news on Seaborne?

Blackstock was 16, McGoldrick was 16 and as you pointed out Best was 17. Other than that Ho was as accurate as ever.

I might be in the minority, but Nolan doesn't worry me at all. Very overate player in my eyes. Carew and Baldock do offer a genuine threat though and Matty Taylor is a thorn in our side. But they have weaknesses, especially at the back. I have no fear right now. We are playing wonderful football. The more tippy tappy the better in my book. I've been calling for this for 25 years so I'm certainly not going to moan about it now. I am really looking forward to this game. Over the last couple of years we have really raised to the occasion when the `big' sides come to town. I rate our chances. We just need to dominate possession as we usually do and starve them of ball. Without it I think they'll struggle and we will create chances. Connelly winner on its way...

no ****. But Black Hawk Down is about Somalia.

Richardson is having a very good season and will be fine until Stephens is ready, which hopefully will be just in time for when Butterfield has to step down a level.

hopefully our friend Stuart will step up to the plate with the Russians pocketing the £300,000.
