there was talk that the HMRC would look over the books once the company is liquidated. Will that really happen?

If the mortgage company find out they can ask you to pay the whole mortgage in one go as you will have breached their policy. They have to find out though. With regards to the insurance issue, you can be up front with the insurance broker that it is rented, just make sure your insurance company does not use a policy supplied by the mortgage company. Insurer can't share your information with a lender.

From Shrewsburys point of view, using your predicted attendances, the total income would be roughly £200,000 (based on a £20 average priced ticket) or £160,000 (based on a £10 average ticket price). It's therefore not hard to see why they preferred the higher rate.

is that what you are calling UHY Hackers published list of outstanding player wages liabilities?

I bought the compressions shorts in the end, but they were uncomfortable so I didn't bother wearing them. I doubt they would have helped much. I was in pain pretty much from two miles onwards, so I nursed myself round and by the end I could hardly move off the finish line. The post race pack included some sort of eucalyptus deap heat style gel that worked absolute wonders though. 1hr 37 minutes was my final time. Not bad for a crock.

I'm a huge fan of Morgans and have defended him on here a lot. Yesterday, however he was slightly under par and Oldham did a terrific job of giving him no time. Those two things combined meant he had a poor game by his standards. As I mentioned, he is always average after coming back from France duty, give him a game or two and he'll be running the game again. Nice that we have a few choices in the middle, although none are decent holding midfielders in my book. Hammond is far better driving forward than he is holding back. Schneiderlin too is good pusing on.

I made it round, just. Sponsorship doesn't half drive you on. It was great to see a few Saints shirts amoungst the runners.Made me wish I'd worn mine. Congratulations to all.

A game of two half in many respects. In the first we gave the ball away time after time so cheaply its not true. In the second half Oldham decided to emulate our first half and gave the ball back to us time after time. Make no mistake though, we were the btter side, we just took 45 minutes to get going. In the second half we were much improved and once we went on front we controlled the game very well. Only when they pushed the extra player upfront did we start to look a little fragile to the long ball. Bringing Jardi on would have made much more sense than giving Wotton ten minutes. We are still a way from were we were at at the end of last season, but at least we have broken the hoodoo of not being able to come back from behind. Davis 7 one horrific distribution decision that could easily have cost us, but a last minute save that was top draw Butterfield 8 not beaten by winger, comfortable Fonte 9 very strong performance, although was beaten a lot by sub at end Seaborne 8 kept Feeney in his pocket and overall was much nastier than normal. Tougher oponents await. Harding 7 solid as ever, but little going forward again. Maybe that is an Adkins instruction to keep us less exposed to breakaways Lallana 7 every time he beat a man he was hacked so didn't really get the chance to influence the game as much as you'd like, but some lovely tricks again Morgan 5 Is it me or does he always play poorly when he first comes back? Very worried about how he didn't go for a few headers late on. Not on same wavelength as Chaplow and not sure he is a defensive midfielder Chaplow 5 game past him by in first half. Improved in second, but not as tidy as previous games Puncheon 6 good outlet, tracked back (on one occasion covering the defensive brilliantly when Fonte had got caught upfield which may not have been seen by many) and kept ball well but didn't do quite enough for me Lambert 5 better but still not a single header went to a white shirt. Missed a great chance that he would have tucked away last season. Some nice link up play and a couple of great through balls, but ball didn't stick enough either Guly 5 Chased stuff down at the start if the match, but at times he looked lazy and disinterested. He offered some nice touches when we went two one up. Some of the service to him was poor I guess, but miles off the Tranmere display. The two strikers were far too one paced Barnard Looked sharp and we wete much better with him running the channels Chamberlian ran into the full back three times, but beat im ince and of nearly scored a cracker to add to his excellent opportunist finish. He's going to be a right player. Excellent impact sub. Wotton same old same old

you'll be alright, far too much parachute money down the line for the club to be liquidated. By the way not everyone on here wakes up dreaming of toast.

I believe, and I might be wrong, that Ellis Martin and Pete Gregory are first year pros and they have exemption from the 20 man squad rule? That's what my skate mate told me anyway.
-
I originally did it several months ago, but I just can't seem to shift it. I played footie last night, overstretched and it hurts again today. Hopefully by Sunday it will have calmed down a bit and with short strides I'll just about muddle through. I think I'll give the compression shorts a go. Just didn't want to buy them if they are rubbish. There's no way I'm pulling out, too much effort doing the training and too much sponsorship money. Best of luck to any Saints doing the run. I'll be at the back being laughed at by idiots in Rhino costumes.

The last two home games have seen a changed player. Instead of hogging the ball, dilly dallying and making poor choices, he has given the ball much quicker no doubt because fans have been moaning at him. I don't advocate getting on the back of players, but these moans have actually made him a better player as this quicker passing/delivery is just what was required from him. Having `forced' this change fans now need to get behind the lad. He isn't going to beat his opponent every single time, he won't score with every shot, but he will show a wonderful first touch and a desire to make things happen. I'd also like to point out that he isn't lazy, he does track back and given space and time he has a cracking left peg. Last week he was decidedly average, but when subbed we certainly didn't improve as a side with the balance and great outball he offers dissapearing. Hopefully he will see a little more of the ball this week and perhaps even a goal. One is coming I'm sure.

why not just give the beers a miss for once? -
Got a groin strain. Anyone tried the compression shorts. Do they help at all? I'm doing the Great South run on Sunday and I'm running for the Britsh Red Cross so want to get round.

what a player, just glad we got to see him play for us.
-
I don't want to be picky, but you make it sound like you took a huge following down there, when in fact it was just 1170.
-
I thought it was you that had the league titles?
-
you clearly don't have a grasp of peoples arguments. The goals were well taken yes, but everything running up to the actual shot was sloppy by Saints. Resorting to calling supporters `armchair managers' that simply remember and understand what happened running up to each goal shows how weak your arguement/opinion is. I was at the game by the way.

in the two full games he has been outstanding. MOTM on Saturday and only Guly was better the previous week. He is making lots of forward runs but not once did Huddersfield walk through our middle due to him going missing. As much as I like Morgan, when he and Hammond play together we leave ourselves exposed. The problem on Saturday was not the midfielders defending, but Hammond failing to take command of the middle when we had the ball he (and Puncheon and Lallana) simply did not do enough in posession. With him missing I am concerned about runners being tracked as that is what Hammond does well and often without fans noticing. I hope we don't notice the lack of someone doing it on Saturday.

yes they were well taken but they were also sloppy. Both goals came from our mistakes. The first come from us overpassing in or third leading to us losing the ball and giving away a cheap corner, which they scored from the clearance. The second came from us overpassing in our own third leading to us losing the ball and giving away a cheap free kick. They scored directly from the poor clearance. The sloppy play was in the passing fromt he back. We made poor selections on when to play it and when to kick it long from goal kicks. We then were not good enough to pass it out fromt he back whilst under great pressure. Losing it in this area was sloppy. Both goals were avoidable as we should have been hitting it longer.
