I'm not sure what remaining questions there are to answer. To be "consistent" Cummings would have tweeted a picture of himself at his dad's country pile in Durham the day he turned up. Where is that picture exactly? Also, to be consistent, the two high profile government advisers who broke lockdown resigned within about a day in both cases. But obviously this government advisor isn't going to resign. Which isn't that consistent.
