Put it this way. Every person that doesn't buy it has done a hundred times more to force change for next season than anything you've done, which mainly amounted to scuttling down the Saints shop at the first available minute to hoover one up.

Fight the power. An example to us all. Actually, no, sorry. To no one.

Been wearing yours much?

Not lazy. The masterplan. 300m new fans in South China by the end of our first home game.

It wasn't long ago that the assorted geniuses on this forum were merrily proclaiming how we didn't need the media, and the likes of the Daily FAIL carried an anti Saints agenda and printed nothing but made up hateful lies. Now it turns out that lots of people quite like the fact we are in the papers and interviewed on Sky. Because its good to have publicity through mainstream media channels to promote what you're trying to achieve. Which, funnily enough, is the kind of thing I was saying many moons ago when the forum intelligensia were crowing about how we only need to be on the official site and all other media can go to hell. So sorry. I think it is relevent to flag up these little change of hearts. And yes, I am expecting a medal or some kind of formal apology.

I'm sure whatever you've written above is fascinating.
-
Although if it was a story you didn't like, that would be precisely what you'd do, isn't it? The agents have an agenda, the journo made it up, and so on and so on. Funny, aint it?

Sorry. Too sensible. You do realise that winning the league is possible possible possible possible? Champions League is possible possible possible? The very idea that finishing mid table every year would be pretty bloody good is utterly sneered at as the kind of thing pathetic clubs like WBA would aim for. Not Euromegaclubs like Saints. Champions League, bare minimum. After all, it's possible. You need to shape up to fit in round here. PS: Mid table (8-15th) every year would be perfect for me. Absolutely perfect.

They really hate us, don't they?

You're being unfair. Keeping the Mail onside is pretty shrewd.

What I like about our chairman is he does all his business in private and refuses to play the game with the evil, anti-Saints-agenda lying scum media. Who'd want a chairman hawking himself around the media self promoting? Terrible. He's done what? Has he? Oh, well, that's brilliant and perfect for raising our profile. Well done Nicola.
-
No. Just you. Just you peddling fake opinions. Well, there are others but they don't bother me as they have a degree of wit/creativity. Pretending you think we have yo-yo strategy (oh, how we laughed) five posts a day every day all season has none of that and is witless and pointless. Good luck with your troll comedy this year. Really, good luck.
-
Whatever. You keep dishing out these fake opinions, flogged to death for your own personal amusement. It really is brilliant and so clever.
-
So clever and so, so funny. Brilliant trolling.
-
Do your yo-yo strategy routine again. That was, like, so funny.
-
Oh Dalek, what a hilarious troll you are. Do keep it coming next season, won't you.

"clubs like Southampton cannot be champions of England"
CB Fry replied to Fitzhugh Fella's topic in The Saints
Sorry. Nonsense. Man City were Man City and were a bigger club than us even when they were in the third tier and we were Premier League. There was a reason Alan Ball walked out on gigantic Saints to join Newbury-sized Man City. They were not and are not" just any club". -
The old elephant trap. Oh, you're clever.

"clubs like Southampton cannot be champions of England"
CB Fry replied to Fitzhugh Fella's topic in The Saints
There are other clubs close by Leeds who therefore have no catchment area whatsoever. Let's be clear here. The man walks on the moon theory only. works. for. Saints. -

CB Fry replied to Fitzhugh Fella's topic in The Saints
....no one on earth has ever said Sheikh Mansoor had any history of loving Man City. But funny they plumped for Manchester City in 2008, and not "just some Prem team" like Hull, or Bolton, or Stoke, or Sunderland, or Wigan. Just randomly, out of thin air, Manchester City. Big city, former league champions, massive fan base Man City. "Just some Prem team". -

In 1996 most people would have said that Liverpool would win the league at least once in the next fifteen years. -

It's possible it's possible it's all possible. Close the thread. It's possible. It's possible. -
Where have all the derbies gone, now that we are in the Prem.?
CB Fry replied to david in sweden's topic in The Saints
Possibly. Although in fairness I wasn't talking about the St Mary's pitch. This is now apparently a forum for all football clubs in the South and West, so really I was referring to the grounds of our close friends in Torquay, Exeter and Bristol as we all really give a sh ite about them. -

But won't be any more wet during rainfall? Gee, you are the clever one. -

I'm going to start one pondering whether or not games next season during rainfall will result in wetter pitches than games on dry days. Thoughts anyone?
