Oh come on, you know its not black and white. You can try to keep someone / persuade them about their future etc but if they want to go you either get the max cash you can or keep an unhappy player

Do you not think they will save any positive / grand messages until we have signed a few more of our targets (and worked out if we can hang on to MS)? To do so now would be dismissed as empty talk / lets see the evidence / we want action, not words etc. If we land a few decent players the messages will have a lot more credibility

You will struggle to beat Boardman bikes for value. Top spec / frames for the price. The upside is that Halfords have the sole rights so the bikes are widely available and this is why the price is very competitive. BUT this is also the main downside - you will be best advised to put the bike together yourself, or at the very least check it thoroughly when you get home, as some Halfords staff are pants. Oh, lastly, you may come across a little bit of brand "snobbery" from others if you have a Boardman, but most sensible riders agree they are excellent value. I have a Boardman MTB and it is fantastic

Koeman is, whatever else people may speculate about, vastly experienced as a player at the top level, as a manager in various countries and most recently at a club / in a league that regularly sees better players moving on. He will have done his homework about the whole squad and which ones may be attracting interest. Any suggestion he will be surprised about this is just more doom-mongering wrist slitting nonsense

When players want to leave, they end up leaving. 99% of the time, at any club. Its just the first time in a number of years we had so many good players. Get real
