Agree. The only way this will change is an impact manager who can do and have proved at this level. If we cannot get someone with pedigree or they have no plan to get someone with pedigree then we stick. Unfortunately we do not know, but looking at the past it is not looking to promising.

I watched the last 25 minutes, and it did feel like a waste of time. There were at least 4 balls into the box that the Swansea keeper caught unchallenged. Our final ball is pants, but the build up play is good when we use some tempo. It was boring.

We really do have a realistic chance of the top 3. Like the men’s championship there are not any real stand out teams but need to keep pace with Brum, (who beat last week), Charlton and Bristol City who will in my opinion be the 3 that will hopefully have Saints fighting it out with them.

It’s also a great time to get away from football. I’m off out to tick off 5 Wainwrights in the Lakes. I quite enjoy not having my weekend ruined by Saints, or football in general.

We do not want to be making a change. Stills record is pretty poor, but he needs longer. If you ask me if I think it will go well, I do not think it will, I just do not think it is the right fit, but boy I want to be wrong. We cannot be changing managers every 5 minutes, the owners need to show faith in their selection!

Yesterday was the first time I have heard the tide turning at a game. It was 50/50 in the away end some clapping/or standing and the other half booing/or obscene gesturing. It is starting to turn toxic and I get the feeling it will only get worse unless we can string 3/4 wins together. I think it was the fact that we did not play well midweek but still gave ourselves a platform to build on, which we did not at Derby. It was an entertaining game is what many have said to me, but they had far to many chances through our shoddy defending. We missed far too many sitters. Again I will go back to our failure to sign the correct players. A goal keeper (ok some great saves yesterday), centre back, centre midfield (ball winner/hard man), and a striker. Yes not easy, but we are in a position where we still can attract the top players at this level. We might not be in a couple of years. Ownership has been terrible and since sacking Ralph the decisions have been bad. The club are on a gradual downward spiral and have been for a while now. We need these owners out of there, and to restructure from the bottom up, and the top down a complete new overhaul. This though will not happen unless a) The current owners want out and b) There is anyone who wants to buy us. Then it will be long winded and probably in place for the 26/27 season. All I know is that something is seriously wrong and we are getting further and further away from a stable premier league club that we should still be.

That was a great result today. Perhaps we could be in the mix come the end of the season. Did get very Saintsy in injury time though.

Just back from the game. Started well, scored, then went to shite! Both teams had chances to score 3/4 more, but we were wasteful and they came up against a man of match keeper. All in not good enough all round, with lots of wrong choices made on the pitch and off it with some terrible tactic. It is such a shame as the away end was rocking from the off and we killed that after 10 minutes on the pitch by completely changing our mentality as a team. we were up and at them and we should have kept going at them for the 2nd. But we seemed to sit back. Oh and another thing we need to stop this standing still with the ball at our feet and just killing momentum, what the heck is all that about. We are so laboured at times, but we are capable of moving the ball quickly and sharply, as I witnessed it today at times, it was very slick. We are so inconsistent, not game to game but within minutes. We are so odd, I cannot work it out. It was a good day again with the boy, but again no 3 points!
