Totally agree, put in the perspective of the Villa and Italy matches, it was top-flight entertainment. No lack of fight in the Scots team, may not be the most composed in front of goal (looking at the Saints boys) but get more shots on target than the over-rated English lads. It will be a cracking match with, a great atmosphere and the players will rise to it.

Adams played really well for Scotland v Ukraine, lots of creative energy but no end product. Missed another pair of easy headers. The lad is physically strong but mentally weak.

Adams and Armstrong both hauled off on 75 minutes. Played well creatively but both are too wasteful and could do with 1000 hours of shooting practice. Adams looks like he needs a severe beasting on the training ground.

Armstrong cannot head the ball either

So many Scottish (Adams & Armstrong) chances going to waste when on top, it would be very Saintsy of them to lose to a Ukrainian counter attack. Adams misses another 2 close range headers.

8. We have all known we needed to replace the departing Ings, to fail at that, given the amount of time for scouting, head-turning, tapping-up, and other covert dirty tricks is abysmal. I do hope our scouts, agents, and lawyers have already started the process of bringing in a target for January, and are not waiting for January to start the process. Put the player, agent, and club under NDA, and pull out of the deal if there is a leak.
