I can't see us not winning this one, so I've gone 3-0 in the prediction league. Although as many have said on here there is still that nagging doubt that a lot of us can't shake off that the new manager syndrome will kick in, or we will once again start slipping up in front of the cameras. Norwich at home good draw, I know they've been on a good run of late, & I watched them win 3-1 at Stockport couple of weeks ago. Whilst that score line sounds convincing, it really wasn't. I was expecting to see a confident & much better team, similar to what I've seen of Saints. I expected them to be full of running & a much bigger goal threat than they turned out to be. In fact they didn't create a single goal, County gifted them all three from poor passes around their own box, and goalkeeper error(similar to Hammonds miss against Charlton but they scored). Other than that no goal threat, I was really surprised how poor they looked. Hope they play like that at St Marys in the league & Cup

Agreed that is what will get us up the league, there will be games that we don't play well in & we will have to grind out results. We seem to have the team spirit & players able to do this now. Also we are now doing it against the top teams in our division we've now beaten 2 & 3rd in the league, in recent weeks & reasonably comfortably IMHO.

Pardew interview disappointed that we got sloppy again, questioned how far can we go his reply we just want a winning team & a winning season & see where that takes us maybe a cup final or a play off final(yes please,) would it be greedy to hope for both.

Thought he had a decent game tonight looked pretty solid, and made a couple of smart saves in the last ten minutes. What did impress me about him tonight was his distribution. His quick throw out helped in the build up to the 2nd goal & also set up a quick break for Antonio that ended up with us getting a corner. All in all a good performance.
