If we are not complacent & go into this with the right mental attitude, then we should come out of this with another 3-points. End of the day that's all that matters. The 3 players in from Saturday hardly weaken the team, & keeps everyone on their toe's. In NA we trust go Saints.

Looks more like a case of not burning his bridges, I'd say he'd earn't a seat on the bus now. But that's up to NA & NC & if we can reach agreement with Celtic over a deal. He does seem to be a real rock at the back & he is a goal threat from set pieces. I hope he is still a Saint into the new year & beyond.

Take away the vote rigging cough cough The goal was outstanding in so many ways! But the wider TV audience has not had the privilege of seeing it in all its glory from start to finish. When shown on Sky & BBC it just looks like a couple of good one two's & some sloppy defending & a very good finish but nothing special. That is what most fans country wide will judge it on. We have seen the full 26-pass move which pulls them to shreds from the back, up to the left & right probing for the opening then the quick fire passing that finally opened them up. I have a feeling if Man Utd or the like had produced that goal we wouldn't have stopped seeing it yet.

We are well shot of him sounds like a really troubled lad, who is hell bent on self destruction.

It certainly seems with Donny signing Diouf, & Sharp not playing for "psychological" reasons on Sat. That he seems destined to leave sooner rather than later. Whether its Saints or Ipswich, who knows, I'm not convinced that Sharp is the right one for us. But what do I know if NA & NC think he is right then I'd back their judgement. Personally I'd prefer us to try to get Maynard in, I think his fee will be more realistic in Jan & I think he looks more capable of growing with the team.

Agree with that, Derby were 3rd when we played them, we ran them ragged & really should have won it, but very happy with a point from that. Followed with a fully deserved win against West Hoof Utd, Reading showed for me a different & equally important side to us with a difficult game against a fast improving side. We struggled for long periods of that game, but somehow we managed to come up with a sublime move to snatch a point. Rounded of with an emphatic victory today. Questions were rightly asked & answers have firmly been given. Well done NA & the team. God it feels good to be a Saint tonight.

Sounds like a great performance today, Just wish they'd show the whole move for the 3rd goal. It was a great piece of creativity from Lambert & good movement from Connolly to get the space & a cracking finish into the corner. I hope they show it in its full glory on the football league show tonight. The season gets better & better, that little run of difficult games against top opposition has given us a very decent return. We've beaten 2nd & 3rd at home drawn away at Derby when 3rd & salvaged a draw in difficult circumstances at a fast improving Reading. Well done NA & the team keep it up. lets hope we can capitalize over the next few weeks.
