Really good to see a bit of ingenuity from set pieces even when it doesn't work every time, also good to see some good end product from them at last. We also seem to be alert around the box to pick up the 2nd ball when cleared & keep the pressure on.

Ground out another 3-points, poor 1st half great 20-min spell which we scored 2 & could have had another couple. Lallana & chamberlain looked a class apart at times. Fonte looked solid as a rock at the back & a good header for the vital 1st goal, what a great strike by Lambert for the 2nd. SW were poor & came for a point, they showed good commitment & closed us down from start to finish, but really offered very little attacking wise they look a very poor outfit at the moment & are in real danger. At times we looked sloppy & in the last 20-mins gave the ball away in dodgy positions, gave to many easy free kicks around the box. A better team than SW could have made us pay but at the end of the day we got what we wanted. Icing on the cake to Huddersfield s draw against Swindon. I was shocked when I heard the news this afternoon he was a belting player for Saints & it is really sad when someone so young dies. RIP big man & condolences to his family.
