Op couldn't be more wrong, even if we didn't strengthen we'd still compete at NPC level, this is a much better team than got us relegated. The jump to the Prem is a totally different story. Whilst you can compete up 1 division a 2nd jump would probably be to much for most a few would do it for us Fonte, Lallana & Chamberlain if still here, Dickson may grow into it, but as with Norwich they will have to get a few in or they will be in trouble.

Have to agree, heard who the manager whilst on holiday, and had misgivings about NA at the time. A couple of days latter, sat in a bar talking to the owner turned out he was a Scunny fan & whilst he was gutted to lose him he reassured me that he would be an excellent manager for us. He told me that he was clever tactically & very astute. I must say listening to him made me feel a whole lot better about it. And it has proved to be true.

Realistic targets Mackail Smith, Neil Danns & Jack Cork would be nice, would love us to try & get Anthony Pilkington. Also I think we could do with a decent central defender to go with Fonte, I'd like to keep Jaidi as he's been immense this year, but I just don't see him being able to play week in week out at NPC level, but would be an influence around the squad & an able replacement.

Well done Nigel & thanks to Alan Pardew for the players you left. But Nigel you got everyone playing the way you wanted, you were able to change things tactically when needed. And you made the right changes at the right time on most of the occasions we needed it. How big was that decision against MK Dons now 2-0 down & almost out, but the right man at the right time turned it on its head in 2-mins. Maybe lucky, but its amazing how good managers do tend to get lucky or just make good solid decisions. I think he could go on to be a long term great manager for us, long may it continue.

They have been on such an incredible run they must wonder what they have to do to get promoted. Just shows how well we've done to beat them. Its been like to heavy weight sluggers going toe to toe for 12 rounds & we've had to produce the killer blow in the last round. I just hope & pray that they can keep the run going for another 4-games. If ever a team deserves it it Huddersfield do! So just keep going as you won't need luck playing the way you are.
