  1. It's not that black and white. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  2. Maybe it's just me, or being retired or something, but credit rating not a problem[emoji44] Seemed quick to start with then they came back with a string of emails. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  3. Yes. That's the way I'd go if I were starting again. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  4. I've just renewed and decided to use the new 4 payment interest-free, no arrangement fee option. It has worked, but for anyone else considering it, considerable hassle was involved, phone calls to the credit company, scanning and submitting documents and a delay for approval. Worth trying, but I won't bother another time. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  5. Think so and we get home advantage for coming 2nd Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  6. Very neat composed finish. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  7. It's not about a big transfer kitty. Ask Fulham. It's about developing and improving the current squad, signing players with real potential and keeping together a team who are playing for the club, not just their own reputations and chances of big money moves. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  8. There's quite a bit of inaccuracy in this. He didn't say all the players have to be replaced. Just said rebuilding. Pretty sure that will involve 90% of the players currently active in the squad. Departures are very dependent on anyone wanting our cast-off's. I'm guessing no more than three or four incoming, and no big money buys. And he seems happy here and I'd be surprised if he doesn't want to show what he can do with a full season, a lot of coaching and just a bit of tweaking. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  9. That's justified and I don't begrudge him it. And it'll sit nicely next to his @sehole of the year award from his last season with Saints. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  10. Exactly. Getting 40 points after 14 games would be earlier than this season. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  11. I am used to reading some drivel on here from time to time but this really wins the prize. I can understand you're bitterly disappointed that Saints are safe and we can be optimistic about next season. Apart from that, can't decide whether your post is extremely amateurish low quality trolling, a pathetic attempt to undermine one of our best players this season or just a demonstration of an inability to analyse and assess. 12. Pleased about that. Good weekend away, friendly fans. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  13. This was, annoyingly, one game I couldn't get to so my impressions come from brief MOTD highlights, which I know can be misleading! However, our defending was clearly poor at times which perhaps wasn't surprising with Yoshida and Vestergaard both out. Not sure how well Stephens was overall but he nearly lost it fir us at the end. Bednarek looked shakier than usual in a two, especially with Stephens as his partner. I think we've got used to playing a back three and it's been quite effective with the first-choice players, but is restricting as it makes it harder to fit in an extra striker or AM. A big thing for the summer is whether Ralph can find a pairing strong enough to let him move to his (we are told) preferred 4222. Would almost certainly involve Stephens moving on and a seriously better replacement. JWP seemed influential and took his goal well. Otherwise it looked to me as if we were too easily cut open in midfield? Redmond played a part but could/should have scored with the chances he had. From the little I saw, Valery Targett and Bertrand were ok. Targett's header was good but it was kind of Boruc to just get a touch on it to send it over the defender's head.[emoji6] Long was both lucky that his goal took a small deflection and the missed rebound came to him very fast. I wouldn't be too critical of that miss and at least he's now getting into scoring positions and getting shots on target. Armstrong obviously made one very poor decision which led to their third, but how was he otherwise? I assume he was brought on as a more solid option than Lemina. Credit to Ralph. He got the team starting with high intensity and we should have killed the game early on. And then he changed the shape, and momentum at half time. Entertaining game, a bit scrappy, defending awful at times but some very attractive attacking but we're safe and can enjoy the last two games. Happy days! Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  14. Brighton equalise. Now virtually safe, unless Cardiff can win at OT. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  15. Now that we're safe, my greatest wish for this season is for Spurs to slip to 5th but win the CL, Arsenal finish 6th but win Europa and Man U finish 4th. Then, because of the five team limit, Man U would lose their CL place next season. Just an amusing thought. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  16. My God. We really have some serious sulking from the usual non-supporter suspects. We stayed up, which was highly unlikely in November. On the form since then, with two or three additions (there will not be a major overhaul, neither is one needed), prospects are good. Celebrate. And look forward. Next season will be fun. 17. Bertrand CB? Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  18. Yes. Barring huge goal swing Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  19. No. If results stay the same, Cardiff will be 5pts behind. Yes,, they need to win two and we need to lose two, but goal difference wouldn't come into it. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  20. Slow start. No goals yet. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  21. I felt that Ralph was suggesting he is Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  22. Targett's back in training Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  23. With the injuries, would guess Gunn Valery Stephens Yoshida Bednarek Targett Romeu Hojbjerg JWP Redmond Ings But could easily see Long for Ings and Lemina for JWP or Romeu. Will be surprised if he risks four at the back until we're safe. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  24. Vestergaard definitely out. Long ok. Bertrand very doubtful, Armstrong struggling. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
  25. I'm glad it wasn't just me. I was afraid to comment. [emoji6] Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
