I never said I don’t give a ****, try reading. I said I don’t have any reason to fear mass immigration because of my situation but I understand why some people have issues with it. It’s called empathy - something you obviously lack.
-
What planet are you on? Man United will always be a bigger draw than Spurs.
-
Lol, I think you will find the opposite is true. I’m the one thinking about those effected my mass uncontrolled immigration. It’s you that show no understanding or empathy and dismiss them as thick racists. Still as long as you can get some cheap Polish labour in to do your extension there’s no problem is there? If you try and use your brain you would realise that the Brexit vote was more of a “actually I’m not alright Jack” message.
-
I don't have any fears thanks, I have a good job and nice detached house in a leafy part of Hampshire so it doesn't really effect me negatively. I can understand some people's concerns though, try thinking a bit harder you might get there.
-
They couldn't possibly just have genuine concerns over mass uncontrolled immigration? You have to be pretty dense to think those are the only reasons why people voted how they did.

What is the point when he won’t win it?
-
Why the hell is the new vote not going to take place until mid-January? I don’t see the point in wasting yet more time. What a ****ing mess.

Saints 3 - Arsenal 2 - I should start threads more often

Was like watching a different team, absolutely fantastic. I think Ralph’s style of football is going to be perfect for the Prem. -
I would never vote for him again because of Iraq but he’s spot on, to plough ahead with no deal without going back to the people would be a dereliction of duty.
-
And 52% knew exactly what they didn’t want to be part of.
-
To be honest I think the Northern Ireland situation is a good enough reason alone to have a second refurendum. I don’t remember it being mentioned much before the last vote and it clearly has potential to cause problems with the peace process.

The whole red v blue first past the post system is just dated and dysfunctional. The Tories are devided and most Labour MPs hate their leader yet neither can split because they know it will just open the door for the opposition. If there is another GE I will just vote Lib Dem as usual because by chance I just happen to live in an area that is yellow v blue. It would be nice for one day being able to vote for a party I would most want to win and have my vote actually count.
-
Yep, they would extend it for a second referendum but not just for May to sort her sh!t out.
-
Probably. Doubt they will extend it just because the Tories are a shambles.
-
That's up to the EU though, not something our Parliament can vote through or not.

Possible re-siting of away fans at SMS

But they won’t be brought together, those areas are full of the noisy fans because they want to be close to the away fans, they will just move. All the Kingsland fans who like to sit and occasionally clap will move to the Northam so you will end up with another Chapel stand. My mum and her mates sit in the Kingsland, they are in their 70s - they like to sing OWTS and clap along but they are not going to turn into Danny Diers just because they’ve been shifted into the Northam. -

I love the way people think that by moving the Kingslanders into the Northam they will suddenly start singing! It wouldn’t make the slightest bit of difference if the away fans were moved. -

I definitely remember us being sh!t at the Dell as well. -
I like the way he jumped ship because he was a remainer (sort of made sense) but then the f*ck wits put another remainer in charge. We’re in this mess because Barmy Boris and all the other Brexit Tories bottled it.

Possible re-siting of away fans at SMS

How would that work then? You can’t move them to the Itchen because that’s where the hospitality is, that means you’ve got to dump 3,000 away fans in the Kingsland (not sure how segregation would work for the games where they shut the car park). Plus you have to shift all the ST holders from their seats, then you end up with people who like to sit in silence and clap politely sat next to the away fans so they will want to move. Then the Northam fans who like to be near the away fans will all move to different areas to get near the banter. So the current Northam will just end up a mix of ****ed off Kingslanders, Chapel corner fans looking for somewhere less sweary and Northam fans who can’t be arsed to move. End result being a worse atmosphere and logistical nightmare to police. -

Pointless moving them, it makes sense to have them there for policing. -
Need a big shake up in January to stand any chance of staying up. I can’t believe Ralph would have took the job on unless he had been promised some transfer funds. There is a whole load of players we could get rid of without effecting the first team.
-
The new manager is going to have to be a genius to keep this lot up.
-
Not sure you can call this a must win, more a must not lose. A draw is not great but I would take it now, it’s a shame Ralph wasn’t brought in a few weeks ago during the break.

The figure on the bus was misleading but you are correct. The ironic thing is that the people ****in* their pants about the “promise of £350 mill” are being misleading themselves, it was never a promise because a. It was just two statements. And b. The people who wrote it were never in the position to promise anything anyway, they were just a brexit campaign group. It was misleading but no more that what either side was saying or no more than the usual crap we get fed every general election. All the hype about the misleading figure just helped the leave campaign anyway - it just gave massive publicity to the fact that we send the EU vast sums of money every week.
