Football must be one of ethnically diverse industries in existence. I can't think of any other where the most celebrated and well paid staff represent so many different colours and nationalities. At my work the only foreigners are the Polish ladies who empty the bins. If you look for racism anywhere, in any country you will find it. All programmes like this do is re-enforce peoples' prejudices against football supporters.

I can't remember the last time I saw a racist incident at St Marys. The last thing I saw that could be considered mildly racist was the "shoe-bomber" chant, but even that wasn't racist in my opinion. I hear way more racist stuff at work or down the pub. The whole kick it out campaign is b*ll*x.

To be fair on the Steau trip a couple of my mates got mugged by a Police officer and another got threatened by a drug-dealer, the hotel was run by the mafia and the concierge was a pimp.
