I think a few beers help players unwind and relax. They may just be kicking a ball around but professional football is a high-pressure job. If you or I have a bad day at work we don't look like a c*nt on national TV, or have 30,000 shout abuse at us. I think whilst having a few beers might have a negaive physical effect the positive effects can outweigh them. Anyway, IF there is a drinking culture at Saints it is obviously working as we are top of the league. You can't just highlight it as a problem after a few bad results, it wasn't a problem when we were smashing teams all over the place a while ago.

I think we can safely assume it wont be cat 1, not that it makes any difference because like all other small clubs they will lose money and even if they could afford an academy it wouldn't be worth it because they wont be able to sell any player for a decent amount. The whole idea is a disgrace, it means the big clubs will be able to hoover up all the decent talent on the cheap and just get bigger and richer. Chances are Luke Shaw will leave for Arsenal in the summer for a absolute pittance now, how can that be right or fair?

Fact is the club don't give a sh!te, and why should they? They know they would flog all the tickets, it makes no difference to them if non internet users don't get any or if people queued for 2 hours. We just have to accept that we are being run by a hard nosed business man, all that matters is the money.

I've always been critical of Schneiderlin but he was outstanding. he is dog-sh!te out on the right but sit him in the middle he can be class.

I didn't mean we should have carpet bombed civilians, more take out military targets, torpedo their ships in dock or try and get the people in charge.

I've never understood the controversy surrounding the Belgrano thing, who cares wether it was outside the exclusion zone or not - we were at war, sinking ships is what you do. I also don't get why we didn't take the war to Argentina, we should have been bombing Buenos Aires.

If they get a deduction it will probably be -14. -10 for being in admin and -2 for each other times they have previously been in admin. I think Bournemouth got -15 for exiting without a CVA plus a further -2 because they had been in receivership once before.
