I think we will drop points against Boro, West Ham will drop points against Leicester and Reading v Birmingham.
-
There is always twists, some of the games we expect to win we wont, some of the games we expect West Ham to win they wont. Typical Saints fans, we are 3 points behind Reading yet we think they have the Championship sewn up, we are 3 points ahead of West Ham yet are convinced they will catch us.

The OP is obviously a skate, Adkins record at SFC is flawless.

A bit odd doing it in a church, I didn't think Jews believed in jesus.

Agree, they are a League 1 club that's been bankrolled by Madejski. Last time I went with Saints there were actually kids with Chelsea shirts going into the home end.

Top 5 reasons not to give a f*ck if we go up or not

Load of ********, we will be just as strong, if not stronger next year IMO. -

Yeah, because losing in the play-offs really effected Reading. -
There's a bit of a difference between an animal enjoying running and knowing the risks involved in a grand national style race. I'm pretty sure they are not aware that a fracture in their leg means a bullet in the head.

If we don't win Tues we can still get automatic promotion even if West Ham win all their games. If we don't get auto promotion we have a good chance of a trip to Wembley and promotion. If we don't get promotion this year we will probably go up next year or the year after. The Premier League is overhyped, expensive with more Sunday kick-offs and defeats against c*nts like Man utd anyway. Whatever happens, we can still continue to laugh at pompey.

Kelvin does have a tendency to stay rooted to his line, I must admit I thought it was punchable but I didn't have a great view.
-
They could make it much safer though. For starters they could move some of those f*ck off great big fences out the way before making them run round.
-
This is an absolutely must win for us now, can't see us winning at Boro.
-
We played some superb footie, had the chances to win it but you have to give credit to Reading's defence and keeper. It's still very much in our hands even if West Ham win all their games. I'm not concerned at all, i would be confident going into the play-offs playing like that anyway.

It's not hard to see why they havn't had a sniff of a buyer since last November.

I think it's quite cute how the mongtards down the road are celebrating getting a draw as if it is some sort of victory. It's hilarious how low their expectation levels have fallen. They better get used to it though, after a few years non-league trying to work their way up to the Blue Square, the prospect of getting a draw at a club the size of Southampton will be a pipe-dream. It would be poetic justice if we cinch the Championship by 1 point and they finish 2 from safety. Last Saturday's result could be seen as the clincher of our silverware and their relegation and eventual liquidation. It's going to be a great summer, I can't wait. Not only do we have the Euros and Olympics but will spend it preparing for life in the Premier League with the League's 5th richest owners providing financial security. We also have the fantastic prospect of watching Pompey's liquidation unfold, TCWTB in tears, bailiffs at Fratton Park. Get the Pimms out guys it's gonna be a scorcher.

Agree about Scheiderlin but it is a team game and Cork and Hammond work better as a partnership and they both work better with Chaplow alongside.
-
I take it that rules out SuperMikey's self-combusting tramp theory.

Saints / Reading / West Ham run in: Games to go . . .
aintforever replied to .comsaint's topic in The Saints
If Reading lose to Brighton tomorrow then we just have to win our next two home games to be champions. -
Hav we had a manager with a better win ratio than Adkins?
aintforever replied to Frank's cousin's topic in The Saints
If he does well for a few seasons in the Prem that will be a risk but I can't see Liverpool hiring a manager on the back of a Championship promotion. Everton maybe. -
As I've said before, Chaplow - Hammond - Cork - Lallana is our best midfield.
-
You're talking about a team that recently lost 2-0 to Coventry and 5-1 at home to Burnley.
-
Absolutely massive win, now heaps the pressure on Wham and if they get a result heaps even more on Reading away at Brighton tomorrow. COYR

I disagree. I think it just goes on forever. The big bang theory is probably right, scientists are measuring something and are probably reasonably accurate. But it could just be part of something way beyond our comprehension or ability to measure.
-
Wrong, Scheiderlin was mainly used as sub before Chaplow's injury. During our best run at the start it was Guly - Hammond - Cork - Lallana. I prefed it with Chaplow on the right.
