I do not have a problem with people having different opinions. That is the joy of debate. What I do have a problem with is people who post provocative stuff as "opinion" purely to get a reaction. This is pathetic and tiresome for an "old git" like me - there's that badge again! I wasn't aware that I did, but I grew up in an age before the internet when generally discussion/argument was face to face. I have been on this forum and its predecessors for years. I check in regularly for news, rumours and views of other Saints fans, but I am finding it increasingly difficult to participate in threads because they all get hijacked and turned into a "knob waving" competition. I really like a bit of banter. For some reason I find Bearsy a bit of a laugh. It`s the 'serious' know it all 'characters' who post crap as opinion (the catch it all excuse) to show what 'Billy Big-********' they are that get my goat.
