Points dropped from winning positions
miserableoldgit replied to Glasgow_Saint's topic in The Saints
I have a great idea. Why don't you start yet another thread about the number of points that we have taken against Top Ten sides. It would be much appreciated and we would find it extremely enlightening. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk -
One win against top 10 sides ALL SEASON

We have lost three dogs over the years. The first was a Jack Russell but we had to have him put down as he turned quite vicious and I couldn't risk it having two young children. Blubbed like a baby taking him to the vet's for the final time. Affected me for some time afterwards. We then got what I really wanted - a Labrador. Loved him to bits until he died at 8 years old with leukaemia. Got another one straight away. He lasted 12 years and we got another straight away. Our current black lab is 6 years old and as the kids have left home is our "little boy". We both love him dearly and will be distraught when he goes. Nothing to be ashamed of. The bond between man and dog is a wonderful thing. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk

You really are a **** aren't you? I have been supporting Saints for very nearly 60 years and have had a ST for 40 of those. I support the team and EVERY game is important to me. I really think that it has got to the stage where you need to take a good look at yourself. Self appointed guru of what is and what is not as far as Saints are concerned? Either grow or get some sort of life. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk

Yeah, nearly 30,000 mugs there today who didn`t care. Can`t see anyone being there for the rest of the season.

Yes that is exactly what I am saying. Southampton should bid to bring Victory in and put it in Guildhall Square . I wasn't pointing out the "interesting" things that that shyte hole has. Oh no My next campaign is going to to bid for the Tower of London and put it on the Common Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

HMS Victory, Mary Rose. Warrior, Royal Navy Museum, D Day Museum, Spinnaker Tower.... Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

How do nice shops attract outsiders/tourists etc? Portsmouth, Winchester and even Salisbury have much to attract them. What has Southampton got apart from shops and hotels? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

For once I find myself agreeing with BS. Southampton has become a soulless cultural wasteland. I was born and brought up in the city and lived here all of my life. When I was young we had a stadium that held Speedway, greyhound racing and Stock car racing. There was an ice rink with an ice hockey team . The Lido, Southampton Show, latterly The Balloon Festival...all gone and not replaced. There are no decent museums. This city has had a remarkable history, but very little has been done to celebrate it. We missed the boat (if you'll forgive the pun) with the whole Titanic thing - other cities didn't. Sea City doesn't seem to know what it is and is hardly going to make people visit the city. I had a "conversation" with the City Coucil leader a few years ago about this and it was obvious that they were only interested in attracting more hotels and shopping areas. He said that they couldn't attract any entrepreneurs to provide money for attractions and asked if I knew any! As much as I detest that place down the M27 they are getting it right with their attractions. SCC just don't seem to care. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

I wouldn't worry. He probably doesn't know where SMS is. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Have never classed your posts aggressive. Negative, repetitive, wind ups, yes, and the clever hilarious "three wise monkey" schtick (still don't get it) that you and your comrade in arms BS have cleverly adopted never ceases to raise a laugh. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk

I agree, provided that their thoughts are genuine and that they are not one trick ponies who hijack virtually every thread with their tiresome repetitive personas. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk
