  1. Is organising "Death Parties" the most constructive model for voicing a viewpoint?
  2. I was no fan of Mrs T, but I find the sight of a load of kids, who probably that think that Churchill is an insurance dog, jumping up and down at "Death Parties", band-wagon jumping at best. I find no problem with people with strong justified views against the policies of the three-times democratically elected Prime Minister, venting their spleen, but is this really morally the best we can do? I suffered redundancy during the time that she was PM but "Ding Ding the Witch is Dead"? I have bigger worries and concerns in my life to get to worked up about her passing
  3. I say Mr Referee, you are a complete nincompoop, and I disagree vehemently with the decision that you have just arrived at.

  5. According to some of the Know-it-All "Characters" on this Forum, he is only here until the summer, when NC will make another change, so he is obviously not the man.
  6. Very mature and a good contribution to the debate on this thread.
  7. From Footbal Pro:- Southampton’s Rickie Lambert could be a surprise to many fans since he’s known for his finishing rather than playmaking. But the numbers say he’s created more chances from open play than any other English player this campaign with 66 of them. It’s about time he got a look-see with England.

They were local (well, Portsmouth I think) and I remember seeing them at the old Concorde Club late 60`s at The Bassett Hotel. Great night!
  12. I realise that we have come to it a bit late (I believe that Season 6 is currently showing), but have really got into "The Big Bang Theory" lately. Just borrowed a box set of Seasons 1-5 to catch up.
  13. Jeff Lynne and Roy Wood started out in a band called The Idle Race. Their album "The Birthday Party" from around 1968 is one of my very favourite. Recently bought it on CD
