I am very confused with the Che Adams situation. A sizable amount of people on here don't seem to rate him....not good enough, and yet Ralph is getting stick for dropping him "when he is in form".

All I keep seeing on various Villa pages that for some unknown reason keep popping up on my FB feed is JWP joining them. Can't see him leaving myself and if he did I think it would be to a bigger club than Villa!

I have this feeling that he has something about him, but what with the injury that he had and the fact that he couldn't play against Liverpool, his opportunities to really show what he can do here (apart from the goals) have been a bit stop/start....a bit limited. I won't be disappointed if we don't sign him, but I just think that he has a bit more to him than a lot of others on here.

It is the most expensive block and for a long time there were no Consessions there unlike the rest of the ground. I have had my seat there since the stadium opened and have made friendships with the people around us. I am now being asked to pay another £350 to keep it. So what we really learn is that you can sit and make "clever" snarky comments without really understanding or caring about the situation.

This will of course Ll die down and the the Board will smugly congratulate themselves that they have weathered the storm and they can move on to the next plan....

Any pretence of being a "Family" club has gone up in smoke. I don't know how much of this is purely down to Tim Nice-But-Dim but it must have been approved at the highest level.

My feelings exactly. When they want the Super League stopped, the fans are great, but when it boils down to it we do seem expendable.

Not an excuse but apparently it was because it was the first time that he had actually beaten a Klopp team....not because it was Liverpool.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Don't remember too many moans when he left.

The problem that I have is that I fell out of love with football a long time ago. The money, the "Big Six", the England "Boys Club" etc, but because watching Saints has been a habit and a way of life for over 60 years it has been difficult to give up. Sadly, it has got to the stage where it wouldn't take too much to stop. Some may think that this is an overreaction but it could be the final straw. I could save the money and get BT Sports instead. I already have Sky and Amazon so would be able to catch all Saints televised games. I think that the club are taking a lot for granted....

The wording is "The current standard general admission seating located throughout Block 31 will be removed and replaced with a new comfortable padded seat that offers improved experience."

They are also offering reduced membership to the Gasworks club as part of the deal so it wouldn't surprise me.

I have had a letter today from the club. Apparently among the upgrades at SMS they are ripping out all the seats from Block 31 Kingsland and replacing them with luxury padded seats. For those that want to renew there, the cost will be £999, with none of the normal discounts. This is apparently a considerable saving on those who will want to relocate there. As someone who has had my tickets there for 20 years I am a bit miffed....but this is progress I suppose.

He can't just go.....he has a contract....

So how does that help Saints? Surely they need to know if he is staying or going to help with forward planning?
