  1. I know. Sony must be incredibly P'd off with those numbers. Sony paid for exclusive advertising rights (Microsoft weren't allowed to admit the game was even coming to the platform it seems). Sony paid for timed Exclusive content. They have a reportedly massive lead on Xbox One. A percentage lead that would surely mean they should have had a bigger percentage than 46% to 36%. or roughly 4 copies sold on Xbox One for every 5 copies sold on PS4. Why were sony players avoiding the game? Then add the fact that the game sold 14% on Xbox 360, and 4% on PS3. Thats a total of 50% on Sony and 50% on Xbox. Can Sony afford to spend money so unwisely on exclusivity deals?
  2. Ronald Koeman has won a cup competition with all clubs. I doubt he'll put out a low strength side against arsenal.
  3. Every team to draw apart from the team Saints are playing (Saints 3pts each game obviously), for the rest of the season.

  5. Christmas would be doubly fantastic. Sony couldn't price match due to their financial woes and the one would catch up on sales in months. I hope you're right.
  6. Wow you really resent people having fun on the xbox one don't you. .. Everything people have wanted on it. Microsoft have done. Sony users, you've got your dash themes, and you'll shortly have your 'stability' update. I, along with many other people know we've made the right long term choice, for a workable, adaptable, games console and media centre.
  7. Just think of the potential reach. Everyone has a windows pc. Its good isn't it.
  8. The market also give the impression that One Direction are a good music act. ..
  9. Microsoft have pulled a rabbit out of the hat in terms of media server / dlna functionality. And the current user interface is second to none. Game wise, graphics have now pretty much reached parity. And halo, Sunset overdrive, Forza horizon on top of the multiple platform games.

  11. the captaincy changed 3 times last year at Feyenoord. De Vrij to Pelle to Classie.
  12. If true its unsurprising... Liverpool Vs Spurs AND transfer deadline talk would mean a nightmare for questions.
  13. Likely that that will be on TV, so we'll get extra money on the coffers and get to play against the Arsenal players who aren't knackered from Champions League ties. We might as well knock out the 'top' teams on the way to the final.
  14. Think Cork may be second in line to rb.

  16. "Koeman’s predecessor Mauricio Pochettino walked out after just 16 moths to take over at Tottenham." I hope they have a decent bug exterminator at spurs then.
  17. Is that supposed to be a haiku to entertain us or something?
  18. I'd say something along these lines will be apparent....
  19. which takes their summer spending up to about £2.5 million, while we all know how much premierleague clubs are reaping from TV.... so could be accurate.
  20. Premier rules state: "All 20 Clubs must include eight Home Grown players out of a squad of 25 for that Premier League season." Under 21's don't count so we currently have 1. Kelvin Davis 2. Fraser Forster 3. Paolo Gazzaniga 4. Nathaniel Clyne 5. Ryan Bertrand 6. Jack Cork 7. Morgan Schneiderlin 8. Steven Davis 9. Jay Rodriguez Shane Long would count having served his "apprenticeship" at Reading but, until he signs, Saints could contemplate only one of the above nine players leaving if we are to conform to Premier League Rules.
  21. More likely is that they were on the London Platform to catch a east coast train to the North West. Theres a cross country service that heads to Manchester around 15.30

    Shane Long

Am I reading the same long thread? Because I feel no remember reading pretty much the the same about Jay rod 2 years ago. Only this time we have to pay that tiny bit more because we need more home grown players in the squad.

Seems to me that the words "home grown" tend to add 50% to a players true value. Whether buying or selling.
  24. They have to have been affiliated with British clubs for at least two full seasons prior to the the season in which they turn 21 to qualify as being Homegrown. edit.... So Gazzaniga actually may qualify depending on what point in August 2011 Gillingham signed him.
  25. Presumeably Sharp is not going to be with Saints come September. so the signing of Forster gets us back to within the Premier League Squad rules of 8 Over 21 Home Grown Players. (K. Davis, Clyne, Schneiderlin, S. Davis, Jay Rod, Cork, Bertrand, Forster) the Home Grown rule is also part of the reason Schneiderlin, Jay Rod and Cork can't go anywhere (without British replacements).
