  1. Thanks R - I didn't see that on their web page the other day. Maybe it's recent. But thanks for providing the link - extremely helpful x
  2. In all honesty, I don't think it would make a blind bit of difference. He's charged with getting the best price for the club. If he can see that an offer satisfies the creditors, then he's discharged his duties. He probably won't be in the slightest bit interested as to whether the club goes on to be successful. That's not his job. So whether the club is sold to Mr A who has offered a fair price and may well guarantee the support of the fans or Mr B who's offered a slightly better price with no guarantee of fan support will be no skin off his nose. I know we all think he's the best thing since sliced bread, but the truth is he is not beholden to our views - only those of the main creditors.
  3. You can have my 'Arry's Girl' one for your collection if you like
  4. Does anyone know what the arrangements will be for the Aussie ODI match in September? We've got tickets but we've never been to the Rosebowl before (we're not local). On the website it talks about parking for regular matches but says nothing about the ODI. Where does the Park & Ride go from and does it run all during the match or just at the beginning and end? Any info gratefully received
  5. That's my take on it too. Five minutes of fame and all that. Akin to LLS methinks
  6. I agree it's a bit confusing. But I think I'm right that 'On the March again' is related to Mary Corbett so I'm inclined to attach more credence to his version.
  7. Now it seems that's not the case: http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=282440#post282440
  8. Do you honestly think that lot would realise £24m? I'd be surprised if it did.
  9. I think Mr X's post was tongue in cheek, guys
  10. Judging by other email addresses on the club website I would suggest: paul.tisdale@exetercityfc.co.uk
  11. Here's a list of horses his stables is training (together with the names of their owners) http://www.mickchannon.tv/horsesintraining.php
  12. How about speedway? If they can put motor sport on at Wembley, then why not speedway at SMS?
  13. But could the bank have taken a charge on the farm? Rather like if you or I apply for a secured loan then our bank might take a charge on our houses?
  14. Here: http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=274493&highlight=combined#post274493
  15. Hasn't there already been some talk of this?

  17. I know I've said this before, but I was impressed when I watched Exeter recently. Very tight, on the floor style of football and a well motivated team.
  18. I'd be your seconder
  19. SSN just reporting that the two guys from Jersey have flown home. Showed pics of them at the airport. SSN also said 'the club is in administration'. Sloppy, sloppy journalism.
  20. This article, again from the Guardian albeit last year, might give some clues: http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2008/may/07/leedsappeal
  21. Hasn't it always been said that we've always been up to date with our tax payments?
  22. Yes I know it is - I misread the OP and now have an omelette on my face big stylee  But Steve Coppell would be OK wouldn't he
