I think it's morally reprehensible to run a company into administration just to pick it up again on the cheap. What about the 'small' suppliers? Some of these people may well go out of business. Is it legal to do this? If not, the law needs to be changed and soon.

I think you've read that wrong - RL is the chairman. It's badly written - there should be a semi-colon after the job title.
