Most teams have been wise to it so far, just their centre backs haven't been able to win the ball in the air against Lambert. Obviously though, you'd expect this to change given the far higher standard we'll be playing next season.

I've got a TV for watching TV when at home and an iPad for watching TV when galavanting around the globe, so I have little need for a large screen. Something the size of a 4S would be ideal but having just spoken to Vodafone, they advised they can't do anything deal wise on the 4S but if I call back next week, they'll do me a deal on the Samsung S3. So I get a far superior phone and for less, just have to put up with a large screen.

Despite moaning earlier on in the thread about large screen sizes, I'm starting to lean towards the S3. Seems every manufacturer, is releasing large screen phones despite the fact they're not able to provide decent batteries to power them. Strong rumours are the iPhone5 is going to have a large 4.5" screen.

Isn't it just copying what loads of other clubs have done before us and then re-branding it 'The Southampton Way' to make it seem like we're one step ahead of everyone else?

It baffles me how some people can't take a step back and look at this without their rose tinted glasses on. Yes, everything on the pitch is going perfectly and couldn't have gone much better in the last couple of years. Though it is a 100% fact that the customer service side of things has declined in the same time period. There's nothing wrong with saying that. It doesn't mean I'm going to start a Cortese Out campaign, I'm not purposely looking for negatives, I haven't got a hidden agenda. The thing the club have lost perspective on is that the only reason the club exists is for the fans. This I feel is lost on those in charge at times.

Timothy, where have I stated I want a reward? I just want the prices to be announced. As a 'customer' willing to part with hundreds of pounds of my hard earned, is that really too much to ask? Every other club in the league has managed it.

For the club, yes. For the thousands of us season ticket holders who stuck with the club in it's darkest hours, not so.

As previously discussed on here, we can only assume it's done as they know they'll still sell out each game, so would rather that's done on individual ticket sales rather than a large percentage of that being season ticket holders, as they'll generate more matchday revenue that way.
