Tonic like Lemina-de new captain at Wolves - wtf?
-
To be fair, I think McKenna is a lot better manager than Kompany. I can see them staying up, he knows how to be pragmatic (not a dig at RM).
-
No-one is going to take him, realistically. If he can't prove himself fit before September then we'll have to take our medicine and maybe ship Mara out.
-
Christ I forgot about Stewart. Feels like a decision needs to be made about whether we can actually count on him this season before the window closes, to be honest.
-
Still think we need one more striker even if we get BBD, working on the assumption Tall Paul will be out
-
Nat Boot I believe, he's passed it brilliantly
-
Shocking from Lis and whoever that was with the lazy leg at the back post
-
Passing not a problem for my eyes but seems to take a long time to get it under control and can't shift it around as well as I'd expected. Could be the pitch
-
Yep also the difference between him and THB on the ball is night and day, I'd say even Bednarek looks more assured. Plenty of time for Wood to get up to speed yet though
-
Wood looks like much more of a unit than I was expecting, and probably not in a good way
-
Beautiful goal from SAA
-
Could work a lot better if we're going with three at the back, but someone of Manning's quality will be hopeless in there
-
Manning playing very inverted so far

That scorpion kick and backflip is absolutely insane. Unfortunately, he is not suited to the Premier League in any way and even less so to what RM is trying to do. I can't see any way he stays.

Seriously dodgy deal, one in a series with Man City including Charles, possibly Edozie and less so Bazunu. Thank fuck we managed to get Lavia. -
Good luck and thank you Che. Our best striker in recent years, even if that is a low bar. A hard worker and a lot more technical than given credit for.
-
Wages probably. He's been there for a while so has no doubt negotiated a few juicy increases in that time, could even still be on first-choice wages.
-
Che and Brereton-Diaz or Callum Wilson in an ideal world
-
Would've thought we could at least match if not better the wages on offer at Atalanta too, they're not exactly a massive club
-
He ends up at PSG on every FM24 save I start, so hopefully we put in a sell-on clause
-
Reed would make the most sense given our situation imo

Ronaldo really is an enigma. What the fuck is he crying for?

The 'anchoring' proposal they're trialling this season seems promising. Limiting spending on fees and wages to the same level reins in the top clubs and also allows smaller clubs to spend at the same level if they've got the muscle to do so . The problem with that is the PL may just become a playground for nation states... but hopefully that can be stopped as well.
