It wasn't really a problem last season - particularly for the first two thirds of the season. Only Man United, Arsenal, Man City, Brighton and Newcastle faced less shots on target than we did. That's why some of us have already lost our patience with Bazunu, and he's hardly doing anything to put it right this season - although admittedly the defence is more of a mess.
