  1. Surely you would judge him on the law he would have been deemed to have broken. He's already issued his response hasn't he? He's stated he's innocent and didn't break any rules. That will either be true or it won't, depending on what the constables of Durham decide.
  2. That both of them have lied? Odd, I didn't have you down in the same camp as Soggy as someone who would stubbornly refuse to accept that Starmer is capable of massaging the truth. True love, eh?
  3. If Starmer is issued a fine, surely both party leaders would have broken the law (in place at the time) and then claimed (lied) that they didn't? How is one more justified than the other?
  4. ITV 4 every weekday afternoon 😉 RIP.
  5. Not sure that most of the country needed a fine for a party to figure out Johnson is indeed a 'johnson' I refer the honourable member to the post I made earlier about all politicians being liars when they open their mouths
  6. This might come back to bite you in the arse if Durham constabularly send out a fine to Sir Kier - and let's not forget that the threshold to do so is pretty small, given that it depends entirely on the opinion of a 'constable'.
  7. Looks like the Russians have bombed a school today where locals were sheltering. I'm guessing that they'll spin it as bombing another missile factory
  8. Don't know, don't really care to be honest. I accepted years ago that politicians are lying when their mouths are moving
  9. That was the instruction from Day 1 (obviously for those businesses not ordered to close due to lockdown). I imagine this is probably the most pertinent extract :
  10. Absolutely no doubt that Soggy will be dusting off his writing stand and Mont Blanc pen to pester his local MP once more, demanding that another party leader should do the honourable thing and resign.
  11. Think I met her once.
  12. To be fair, it's the first thing you haven't blamed Brexit for.
  13. No room for frivolous, serious bizness is the innernetz
  14. I'm assuming that's fake / staged? If not, how do you know either involved is a migrant? How do you stab someone at least 15 times, yet have a nice clean shiny knife blade and zero traces of blood on the pavement? 'Usama Bin Liner' is presumably a racist parody....
  15. Sneaky suspicion he's still going to go to TdF but be very strategic about targetting a stage or two to give him the record.
  16. Then the kids are clueless as I'm not 'from Weston', nor do I live 'in Weston'. Turns out they 'don't know' after all
  17. Should have asked their kids. 'The kids know'.
  18. 'Pointing out folly' has ALWAYS been way more effective and productive than campaigning to rejoin.
  19. Is this your first time interacting with politicians?
  20. Certainly seems odd that a tyre, made in Russia / USSR, for use on Russian / Soviet military vehicles would have any English writing on it. More likely it is a tractor tyre made for the Indian market....
  21. The BBC has 'refused to comment on why it hasn't covered the raid on Margaret Mone's home'. Apparently this was a CCTV picture from a news Editor's meeting.
  22. Against Boris, anything under 90% is a failure.
  23. Probaly embarrased that their own officers were charged with letting people into number 10 and didn't 'notice' the parties were going on / didn't bother to do anything about them...
  24. He's not running the country but he sure as shit should be polling way higher than Boris. Most incompetent PM since Teresa May and Starmer looks like a mouse in the headlights.
