Not a hope in hell at the FA. It'll be a white bloke between 50 and 60.
-
He's a fair dinkum, bona fide racist for sure. He's slipped up a couple of times now and been caught out. I imagine in private he's still referring to the 'coloureds' as 'mud people'. I can't imagine an institution like the FA is going to replace him with anyone significantly different to him though....

Jesus wept! How long are you planning on living!

Oh really? Do they also have a wink smiley, if so, what does it mean

So you wouldn't roll it out to NHS staff? Given that 20% of the 'new hospital cases' were actually caught whilst people were in hospital, wouldn't that be a pretty good place to start?

Ah, I see where you're coming from now. My understanding of a vaccine is something that provides 'immunity' to / from a particular infection. They've definitely got a cheek to call this a 'vaccine' if it isn't providing immunity, maybe more of a 'treatment'...
-
Not sure I understand your point and it seems to be semantics.... There is a good diagram on the BBC site that shows how the vaccine works (when someone who is vaccinated subsequently encounters the virus). https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-54873105

Not sure it's ever 'died out'. Infection rates were controlled when everyone was locked up, but that's no where near the same as the virus dying out....
-
Not really. If it prevents infection, then if enough people have been vaccinated, it wouldn't matter about transmission as the virus will eventually die out if it can't infect anyone...
-
Good job there won't be much demand for it then, so we can get as many vaccines as we want as soon as we want them, oh, wait, no, every man and his dog will want them! The only safe bet right now is Pfizer shares

A couple of things... 1. Is a dog a requirement for a driving licence? If not, could you have left it at home? 2. You didn't have to drive 1h 20 mins as you could have waited until mid January and taken the appointment there. 3. If you don't have a car and are unlikely to bother to drive to out of the way locations, why the fuck do you need a driving licence? 4. It's licence, not license

It will increase. Do you think the Welsh should be ending their 'firebreak' lockdown when everyone knows the number of infections will rise when people are allowed to mingle, at the same time that the number of patients in Welsh hospitals with coronavirus is now the highest since the height of the pandemic in April? Straightforward answer please.

Got it now, but what a load of waffle! The first story is about a man who doesn't have the correct paperwork so he employs 'several' lawyers to track it down (who knows how much that cost), he then discovers he needs to change his name in court which will cost around $250 which he refuses to pay! Then there's a quote from a lawyer stating : Which makes sense doesn't it - legally you would want to ensure that EVERYONE has the legal right to vote and the only way to do that is with appropriate papers! Then there's a story about someone who had a mistake on their birth certificate where an 'E' was added instead of an 'A'. This problem was resolved. Finally there's a story about a woman whose name doesn't match what is on her birth certificate so she's going to legally change her name. Isn't that what we also have in the UK, if you want to change your name you need to do it legally if you want to vote, by deed poll. Otherwise you won't legally 'exist'. I didn't find anything in that article that specifically denies people from any background obtaining ID. It does state that people need to have the correct documents to do it, like a birth certificate, but that's the same the world over isn't it? Try applying for a passport without a birth certificate in the UK and see how far you get. Try applying for a (legitimate) job in the UK without proving you have the right to work and see how you get on. I'm not sure 3 stories from Texas prove that marginalised people can't obtain an ID card in the US.

Not really sure your question is relevant to my post is it?

We may never know since you posted a link to an article hidden behind a 'paywall'....

Nice one Wales, really following the 'science' I see! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-54843624 Certainly looks like the perfect time to end the lockdown which was put in place to ensure the health service didn't become 'overwhelmed'

In 36 states it costs less than $20 for photo ID - many of those states also have 'hardship waivers'. I'm not sure your statement is true.... http://sharedprosperityphila.org/documents/Revised-ID-Waiver-Appendices-5.15.15.pdf

Isn't he aiming for 'reasonable doubt'? Prove that voter fraud happened - not that difficult as you could easily create the fraud yourself and vote in the name of a dead person - then cast doubt on the whole system. It won't go anywhere, but he can certainly 'muddy' the waters.

If a democratic system is abused and manipulated, does it still remain democratic?
-
Fake tan? You can't argue against that, surely!

Isn't the making of laws the purpose of government?

Slightly quieter than a usual Saturday but still a surprising number of cars on the road - not really sure where they're all going with everything supposed to be closed. They can't all be doing DIY and gardening, surely? ( I was out on the bike exercising and not in the car).

A bit harsh, he's not got the keys to the front door yet
