  1. Yeah, bloody Tory ******s, made a right **** up of controlling the virus in the first place, them and their so-called scientific advisors, they should all be taken outside and shot. Oh, wait, hang on......
  2. That's not what I was asking though, was it? I was asking why it's mental to ask for DNA evidence that something existed. That's completely different to your and MLG's discussion about Adam and Eve (that you've still not answered, but hey, I guess there is no answer on that one). So, once again, why is it mental to ask for DNA evidence that something existed? After all, there is DNA evidence for everything else that has ever existed. Or are you going to continue with your classic 'Turkish' and deflect once more and hurl some insults?
  3. North Somerset council stated at the weekend that all public toilets would remain closed - presumably in the vain hope of disuading the Brummies from visiting. The local news reported they were all open - and accepting the 20p a go - yesterday. Never shy away from making a few quid do NS Council
  4. Why is it mental? There is DNA evidence for dinosaurs that roamed the Earth thousands of years before these 'Giants / Sons of God' are alleged to have been around. Surely they would also have left some sort of trace of their existence? It would only be 'mental' if you knew they didn't exist, otherwise it's a pretty legitimate question isn't it?
  5. Mental! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-devon-52742519 Give 'em an inch....
  6. Indeed. The discussion started because it was stated that we had signed 'something', got in a strop because we signed it, changed our minds and then 'signed' something else. It was only the resident Narcissist that brought the WA into the discussion. Presumably he forgot that we've only signed the WA once.... He then decided to try and cover his tracks and claim some pony about bad faith, despite the fact that both the UK and EU are honouring the WA - which as he himself points out is the only legally binding document.
  7. Nope. Apparently it's more of a 'time' issue.... Far easier to ignore it though and hope it goes away.
  8. Why would I do that, I've already stated he was. Pull your pants up, pal, you're still all over the place.
  9. And yet you did! And in the process managed to get your own arguments all confused and pulled your own pants down. Top work!
  10. So, which 'something' is it that the UK has signed up to, then got in a strop because they signed up to it and signed up to something else?
  11. It woud be nice if you stopped editing your posts - or if you managed to get your arguments straight before you posted them
  12. So let me try and understand what you are arguing.... October 2019, Withdrawal Agreement drawn up with the EU subject to ratification by the HoC October 2019, WA stalled in HoC and put on hold Nov and Dec 2019, election campaign and subsequent election Jan 2020, HoC ratifies the WA Jan 2020, UK and EU sign the withdrawal agreement as previously written up in October 2019 and had absolutely no changes made to it at all. Where is the bad faith between the UK and EU if they both signed the agreement that they put together in the first place? Surely the bad faith is between Boris and the UK electorate?
  13. I see you've edited your original post. My response is in reply to your original, unedited version as quoted.
  14. Baird's meaning was not clear - you chose to interpret it for everyone how you wanted to see it. The UK & EU did not 'initially sign an agreement' at all, that's something you've just made up. The agreement was signed on the 24th January 2020. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/jan/24/sombre-eu-leaders-sign-brexit-withdrawal-agreement Critically, the UK and the Government at the time were happy to sign the WA in October 2019, however, it was clear that the HoC were not going to pass it, so the process was put on hold to carry out the General Election. Not sure you can blame the Government for the alleged bad faith that they had no control over at the time!
  15. Is this the same withdrawal agreement that was signed on the 24th January 2020? Before then it was defeated in the HoC on three occasions and 'paused' on the fourth occasion. Is it that one or a different one you refer to?
  16. You're all over the place pal. Baird did not mention 'agreement' at all, this is what he posted : Pray tell, where is the word 'agreement' - this massive clue that I'm allegedly missing?
  17. Where did he say 'withdrawal agreement'? I only read that we had signed up to 'something'. More than happy for you to point me in the direction of this clue....
  18. What do you mean by 'sign up to something'? No agreement has been made yet has it?
  19. Anyone? Or is this one of those 'tricky' questions that religion will ignore and hope it goes away?
  20. That didn't work so well with a small but merry band of Roman soldiers armed with swords and pointy sticks. How is he going to get on against Russian ICBMs?
  21. Nope, wrong one! Unless Wes travelled from 'West End' to 'Weston Super Mare' over the weekend.... The clues are all there in the names....
  22. The caption states : In Italy, restaurants have also opened for the first time in 10 weeks with social distancing measures in place Ingenious! Put some plexiglass on the tables that isn't quite long enough to be effective but keep the tables where they've always been, that looks like it'll work! The tables behind have got plexiglass as well, so they'll likely be in use when it's busy. No idea what could go wrong
  23. Why do you say that? Presumably as some sort of personal insult? I've stated before on this board, numerous times, that not once in my entire life have I voted Tory. Probably excludes me from the 'typical tory' moniker.... But hey, you carry on making things up if it makes you happy.
