I'm guessing he meant the turn out from the actual trust board members was decent rather than the fans. I suspect that due to health and safety implications at least 100,000 of the 200,000 fans who rushed to falling down park had to stay out on the streets and wait patiently for their turn to hand over their cash. Shame on you for calling in to doubt the support of the bestest, trousers. It must have been a late night yesterday for the trust as I've just checked their website and there's no mention of the question and answer session yesterday. Odd, you'd have thought these answers would be straight up there considering their new openness and transparency. Their must be a logical answer to this quandry.

Does that include away fans?
-
You are aware that the High Court is NOT in Portsmouth aren't you?
-
Because, according to knobhead Neil, it's "trust or bust", there are no other options, that's it, the end of the line! He's whipped the local mongs into such a frenzy they won't accept anything else now Oh, and is that another exclusive that knobhead Neil has missed out on? First it's the BBC repeatedly beating him across the line, now it's the Daily Snail! Some might start to say that knobhead Neil isn't a real journalist
-
So, they're expecting the bestest fans in the whole wide world to invest their kid's Christmas present money into something where they aren't prepared to tell them how that money will be spent! They're right in the sense that this is a unique opportunity. It's also quite bizarre! Does anyone else think that knobhead Neil reads this thread on a daily basis? Every criticism that has been raised - and legitimately so! - regarding the trust has been tackled by knobhead Neil with a jingoistic twitter post! I reckon he could give Turkish a run for his money in the overcoming objections stakes!
-
To be fair, there could easily have been 800 or so Coventry fans who were happy with the point and driving down to Portsmouth.
-
Sorry, but that's just rubbish! Clearly the BBC have made this story up as Pompey have got the biggest fans community club takeover thing going on in the world ever. Ask Neil the knobhead, he'll poo poo the BBC story for sure.

So, 2000 people less than the weekend's game would generate £800,000 less over a season Well, it would with an ordinary calculator, with the PDTs rose tinted calculator it probably works out at a loss of only £2.86 over four seasons. I've lost track of how that will affect the £3m per home game contributed to the local economy. It's very confusing, so I guess we'll just call it £3.5m per game?
-
Sorry, you're wrong. You need to check your figures again - did you miss a decimal point? Corpse Ho - or the PES eeedgiot - told us they had definitely sold 11k season tickets. I'm no professor of maths, but 9955 is a lot less than 11k, so I'm afraid your figures can't possibly be right.

The detail = they don't.

Pack it on a Thursday but not on a Saturday when there is a game on? Bestest eh? Why does he keep printing this in their rag? At best it's misrepresentation at worst it's blatant lies! Portpin haven't been put forward for the FPPT this season! The last thing that was reported was that the FL had told tricky trev to name who his preferred bidder was, then, and ONLY THEN would they bother with the expense and effort of the FPPT! At that point tricky named Chinny / Portpin, then within an hour or so had changed his mind and named the property trust. Hardly enough time to fail the test within an hour after the FL meeting had finished anyway! If knobhead neil is going to continue to print this drivel, perhaps someone should ask for proof of his claims - you know the same basic journalistic principals that the BBC were accused of not following this week! I suspect he will. I suspect he'll also produce the records that were ratified by the lady judge the first time the bullet was dodged that back up these claims in a legal document I AM SECURE, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK Err no. They've already been told IN WRITING by the football league what the terms are in order to grant the Golden Share. A ten point deduction is one of those terms! Denying it's going to happen over and over won't affect the outcome Of course, they have the right to appeal, just like we did, but personally I'd fancy my chances more if I were locked in a jail cell with a lion that hadn't eaten for two weeks!
-
Surely not! The corpse doesn't come on here any more - pretty sure he's made that announcement on POL, the same as Bill has [Hi Bill and banker[sic]]. Such a bunch of nutjobs we must be on here, that they just can't keep away!
-
Didn't Ho, or PES - one of those muppets anyway - tell us that they had sold 11k season tickets? If so, I guess that means maybe 200 or so walk ups! Perhaps the web fingered residents have seen through the thinly veiled sales patter and jingoism and decided to keep their money firmly in their pockets! I doubt they're keeping it to pay for a share of the property developer's new venture

It's truly amazing how the most f[]cked up club in the history of football on the verge of liquidation can spin these dire consequences into an 'opportunity' for the fans!

It's hard to read, because of the poor quality, but what I think I'm seeing is : 2012/13 Income £2.5m Expenditure £5.0m Cash carried forward £1.3m 2013/14 Income £5.2m Expenditure £7.4m Cash carried forward £2.2m 2014/15 Income £6.2 Expenditure £5.5 Cash carried forward £0.9 2015/16 Income £6.2m Expenditure £5.3 Cash carried forward £0.2m I'm no mathematical genius I'll admit, but surely those figures don't add up...

The polling station in Bristol - which is having its mayoral elections today as well - managed a staggering 1 person in the first two hours this morning. They have 1,000 people lined up to count the votes overnight tonight, I suspect at that rate they may struggle to count 1 vote each!

I think the correct phrase is "the more things change, the more they stay the same".

The -10 WILL come off this season if they exit admin before the end of the season. The -10 will come off in the close season - ready for next season - if they exit admin after the end of this season and before the beginning of next. The -10 is irrelevant if they don't come out of admin between now and the beginning of next season as the rules state they cannot start two consecutive seasons in the same admin.
-
What would be the odds on a nice -15 for this season - financial irregularities - followed up with a nice -10 to start next season once they finally lumber out of admin?

I wonder if his shirt will raise more money in an auction for the poppy appeal than the other player's shirts will? Would be interesting to find out...

Maybe he was just having a Paddy?

It's odd. In the title of his post he states that the scum are £24m in debt. The body of the post then mentions £33m and then £60m. He either needs to make his mind up or stop making stuff up like Chinny is allegedly doing What will happen is simple - in the short term! Tricky Trev will drag things out until Feb when the next parachute payments are due. Then he'll slap in his £3m bill plus £100k a week, which should eat up most of that £8m. Then he'll hand the club to the PST with absolutely no operating budget that they were counting on, who will realise they need to pay the ex hero / villain players about £8m, plus whatever King Kanu claims - how is that little court case coming along by the way? - at which point they'll either borrow the money owed from the property gang in return for the other 51% of the company, or they'll fold having set a record for the shortest time a club has ever been owned by the fans! Well, they did say they were trailblazers...
-
2000 fans? Not according to the last release it was only 1800 odd wasn't it? And even then they only expected 75% to actually cough up any cash! And what is all this about 'investors'? Are they claiming the fans that put money in will actually see a return on their 'investment'?

What about developers who don't live locally? You know the ones that, let's say, live in London?
