So it's fine for the fans to go out drinking the night before a Big Game, but not the manager or Chairman.
It's also fine for the fans to drink before during and after a Big Game.
It's also fine for the fans to give their opinions on who should or shouldn't have played, or how well or not they performed.
All this while under the influence of alcohol :shock:
As for the guy who got sacked, bad luck really..... Or are you saying it's alright for junior members of the club to be up drinking [or at least hanging around a place that sells alcohol] at 5 o clock in the morning before a big game, but it's not alright for the Chairman to do so
I stand by my original statement, people don't just get sacked because they overheard a conversation or saw someone in a bar - that's why we have employment laws - so I guess he lost his job for some other substantial reason.
Unless of course you want to be more descriptive in your explanations
