  1. Damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. Maybe on reflection, seeing that Liverpool team, he probably wishes he went stronger.
  2. Same for me. Almost to the top of the Milton concourse, just stopped in time to hear the cheer go up. Mass bundle to get back down again after the goal.
  3. Sounds like a great catch
  4. Two lads in front of the Milton when Le Tiss scores the fourth, waving a inflatable banana. Unfortunately one if them is me!
  5. His teams of the late 80's and early 90's were a joy to watch. Plenty of entertainment and goals. A sad loss.
  6. Oh well, guess its just a matter of opinon. Whenever I played, school, Tyro League and beyond it was drummed into us that we shake hands at the end of the game. No matter what went on during the 90 minutes.
  7. Doesn't really excuse a lack of sportsmanship though does it?
  8. Not linked with the fans, but I noticed yesterday he didn't shake hands with some of the Millwall players.
  9. That's how I saw it. If he punches it, there isn't a problem.
  10. That was my feeling too. Start of the second half I was expecting another Huddersfield onslaught. Yet we just came out totally timid, happy time and time again to pass the ball sideways and backwards. They did a complete number on us by being nothing other than organised. It reminded me of a cup tie against a lower league team. They basically had two set piece chances and scored from the both. We had 13 corners and did nothing with them.
  11. Not sure I would agree with that. We were awful. Worst performance of the season at home. Too many players didn't fancy it.
  12. I wasn't just talking about today. Just seems to me that we want to play it out from the back, so we've made a choice to go down that route with a keeper who is average at shot stopping.
  13. It seems with him we have made a sacrifice on actual shot stopping ability. We've got a keeper who acts like a sweeper first and foremost. Not one that actually saves shots that he should do a lot better with.
  14. Should have scored today. No question.
  15. Absolutely right. Best thing we could have done was lose to Watford. Martin is probably loving being a Klopp fan boy for this game.
  16. He could have done a lot better with both goals. Tuesday, he pushed it back out into the penalty area, having made the save it needed to be pushed wider, didn't even think it was a particularly hard hit shot. Today, if he was coming for the ball, he should have made sure he got there. Not sure if he was trying to punch it or catch it. He obviously got put off by their player, who was more decisive and wanted it more.
  17. He's shite. A player like him should be tearing up this league. Look at what the two Leeds wingers are doing. For the fee we paid, he's been an absolute waste.
  18. Not going to be a great loss.
  19. That was a horrific watch against a team that were more interested in kicking anything that moved apart from the ball. Couple that with a weak as piss ref who missed foul after foul. They had tactic, hoof it as far up the field as possible and chase. It was football straight out of League 2 and we got done by it. We should have the ability to rise above that level of shitness, but there was just no urgency or incisive movement. It was like a pre-season friendly. That's the worse game I've seen at St Marys this season without a doubt.
  20. I'd fancy us to get a result at Ipswich. Leicester is another matter.
  21. Happened in the Huddersfield match. Game was in the balance, still a mass exodus round us with five to go. Remember the Sheffield Weds game was the same. Team has given a good performance. Respect that and stay to the end.
  22. Or his armchair
  23. We have to keep players happy though, everyone has to have their fair share of minutes
  24. Why don't you go and fuckin support them then?
  25. I really dislike Leeds
