As I’ve posted on another thread. it’s pointless changing the manager. Those that think things will get better with a new manager will be disappointed. Once Ralph left, we expected a step up in manager and look what happened. Expect the same again if RM is sacked . The problem comes from higher up and there’s nothing we can do about it.

Prevention is better than cure. The problem needs to be addressed from the top before we experiment with a manager again.
