Exactly this, seems to be that it's excuse after excuse. This guy is paid alot of money to do his job. Is it 7 highest paid manager in the league. I would say Gascoigne had the most natural talent of them all but injuries and drinking meant he never reached the heights he should have. Bale for me yes.
