Agreed this isn't Jones' fault and the blame should be taken off him. The reason for this mess is the poor quality of player at our disposal, thanks to the plans set out by semmens et al. There has seemingly been a change in style from Ralph however as now not only do we not create chances from open play, we are also not being able to hold the ball for all of 5 seconds with 30ish% possession.
