They're keen to cut out the stepping stone middle clubs (basically us), where they can. It's a big club, but it makes a massive difference to their funds, if they can manage that with even one player. Ah, well. Good point. I'd just prefer to see departing players go to a variety of ( preferably high profile) places , than follow a similar path. That doesn't have to be Chelsea or Brighton here, right enough.
