The atmosphere in the stadium was pretty amazing, especially the goal going in. The standing in the upper areas was at times problematic for some folk. I saw one chap who was there with his elderly father who wasn’t capable of standing the whole game. Fair play to the fans in front who were ok with sitting in the most part. We have got some idiot fans though, young lads who have watched too much football factory. Saw a group of ten or twelve trying to wind folk up at the station on the way home. Not sure what they would do if they actually met some real old school types. Maybe see how tough our “yoof firm” is when they meet Millwall in the playoffs! Only other gripe is why do grown men feel the need to essentially shit themselves in a confined train carriage and then justify it by exclaiming “it’s the Guinness”.

I thought the halo on mine was a bit dodgy but the latest saints pics show a halo with a darker part. Admittedly, it doesn’t have the signature on the sleeves like mine. My one is very bright yellow.

A bit disappointing but we managed to beat Arsenal without him so why not City? Don’t think it’ll do him any harm to have a few games rest before the playoffs.

Roy has done a job on us this evening but certainly feel that Wood for Stephens just before kick off affected us. It’s been very disappointing indeed.

I’d swap. Charles with Jander at HT. We’ve got to be a bit braver and impose ourselves on their FB. Too oftenArcher is tracking back, yet Manning hasn’t got anybody. Give it 15 mins and then get two true wingers on.

Just not sure that Downes and Charles together works. Both are quality but for some reason when playing together we seem to miss something.

So my DH Gate special turned up last week. Bright yellow, suspect halo, clearly a knock off. My predicament is do I wear this on Saturday? I have little else that’s yellow, my MUSH 2003 shirt has sadly been removed from my wardrobe. Or do I just get a yellow scarf once up there… decisions, decisions!!

Millwall are one up after three minutes.

We won’t get a better chance to go at a team. They are struggling with injuries, offering no threat and both CB are on yellows. Come on beys, fill yer boots.

We need to punish this lot and get goals, lots of goals.

Interesting team, assume it’ll be Archer lurking around Larin. Not sure he’s quite got what is needed for the Azaz role. Should be solid enough starting eleven and a strong bench to get the result.

Last train back to Devon leaves Paddington at 20.25. Too expensive to stay in London with the marathon the next day. Let’s just just hope the price of fuel drops in the next two weeks!!

Mine turned up today and won’t be getting a run out, even in the North Devon local. Dodgy halo and bright yellow. Good fit though! Also got the signature material for the sleeves.

Edozie off for Scienza, Larin for Stewart. Both have got that look of negativity now, like they expect things to go wrong for them, lots of shrugs, etc.

My concern is that we can change things up, get Leo and TF on, get Stewart up front but we can still be undone by one long simple uncultured hoof upfield.

I got 85-1 to win 3-1 and Stewart to score anytime. Part of me was hoping they were gonna sling that last corner in the mixer!

Coming away with a draw tonight would be a good result, keeps everything in our own hands. Hoping for a Larin early goal to settle the nerves and upset the natives.

We just can’t break a team down. As soon as a team sets up deep, we end up passing from CB to RB to CB to CB to LB to CB ………. It’s shit to watch and easy to play against. Azaz is having an off night so we’ve got nobody to create a chance.

The big difference over the past few games has been Welly and Bree. They have been immense, stopping the crosses coming in. Such a difference from Manning standing ten paces of his man and letting the crosses come in.

Not too fussed if THB does go, it’s not as if he has been instrumental in our defensive strength. Get the money while we can and get rid. He thinks he is better than he actually is. One chipped through ball assist a few seasons back and he thinks he’s Glen Hoddle. He reads the game badly, makes rash decisions and gives up easily. One of the Sheff Utd chances the other night was his fault and he just stopped, and watched, no chasing back for any rebounds or such like. Strangely enough, the only one of the current CBs I would like to keep currently is Jack Stephens. Says a lot about our defence!

A win but only because the opposition were dreadful. There was no excitement watching that performance, just boredom and an impending sense of doom. I’m normally a “glass half full” person but we are going nowhere with this squad. I think I have previously tended to blame tactics or formations but ultimately the team aren’t good enough. Paid special attention to THB this evening as he is allegedly being watched for this transfer window. I’d be amazed if anybody fancied paying for him. A win but I was hoping that at this stage of the season it would be to keep us fighting at the top rather than three points in our quest for safety.

He’ll bottle it and get two yellows tomorrow night.
