I remember at the time Still was dismissed, how the performances changed immediately and being quite angry thinking the players had thrown the manager under the bus. Downed tools for his removal. This news brings me back to that. Perhaps I'm wrong though.

He’ll want to take the job as opportunities may not come around often, but it’s really too much pressure at this point in his career with the club and squad in the state it’s in. I’m not so worried if the manager is decent so much as I’m worried that the players will turn against him. They did with Will so why wouldn’t they with another young manager. Maybe his man management skills are better. It is still possible that he’ll be great.
