Had someone from the ticket office call me today and actually ask me how I've enjoyed this season 😂. Reminded me I have credit in my account and asked if I'd like to use it to upgrade a game this season for hospitality. Told me I can put it towards next year's season ticket (but only if I pay for it all upfront) and if I don't use it by July I'll lose it . Talk about out of touch .
