I think the fa know the punishment was way over the top by the efl and would just like it all to go away especially as saints have put a shot across their bows threatening to take legal action which would get messy.
the players are under contract, the ones that leave will go on our terms and we will rebuild, its not the end of life as we know it despite as some would have you believe.
and yet still the so called big clubs kick the cheating can down the road, completely sick of pro football in this country.Didnt Chelsea get a 10 million fine for far worse which they gleefully excepted.
a few yellow cards would soon stop that, players just need to be hammered into line, just give referees the power to sort things out,not bring in a rule and then 2 weeks later its allowed to slip
so basically if we are not going to gain any active play time we may as well keep things as they are,i thought the idea was to get more actual in play time.
so stop the time wasting on the left hand but give it back with the right, football is meant to be 90 minutes of play so play it and dont forget the poor little darlings are allowed umpteen subs so i dont see the problem. However it will never happen as pep will stick his whining nose in and that will be that because as we know city are untouchable.
im sure george long will be the first name on the team sheet with our latest exciting signing on the bench.Whatever happened to the excitement of a cup weekend,oh yes destroyed by the premier league and the big boys in the cartel.
i fear hes going to be one of those players that just falls off the radar,in that respect his agent has done a great job for him in getting him life changing money
